Are you looking to empower yourself? Do you feel that the time you have is not enough? Do you feel that energy does not reach you? You already have power, you have all the time and energy in the world, only that in many cases you have no conscience about where, to whom or how you are delivering it. You do not have to do magic or implement great techniques to co-create. You are creating everything you want at all times, only that in many cases you are not aware of what you wanted.

Let's make a pause here and use neuroscience as our ally.
It is a myth that the human being only uses a 10% of his brain.
But it is true that in some cases its misuse can be an obstacle for the expression of all the whole human potential.
Yes,
I know as well that in some cases we would be very generous to include some humans even at this fake 10% category.
Just a joke.
The big catch of the brain is repetition and an awareness,
Or the lack of awareness in the action.
The human being needs the use of his whole brain to be able to perform optimally.
And not only that,
It is so vital for our evolutionary plan that the reason why we are born so fragile with just 9 months and defenceless is due to the size of our heads.
If we keep on developing inside the uterus,
Our head will simply not pass through the cervix.
The problem here lies in trying to put the mind inside the brain.
But where do you think your mind is?
She is the source and your brain is the medium.
So,
How do I turn my brain into a better medium?
You will have to also leave aside the myth that says that what differentiates one brain from another is the amount of neurons that each brain has.
Because what is important is the amount of connection they produce with each other.
If not,
You could ask yourself what is capable of generating a single neuron,
Or a single human,
Or a single planet.
Among all the elements that form part of this great universal mind,
We give life to the universe because of the connection that we generate.
Do you remember the mouth,
Nose,
Eyes that generated a face?
If the law is applied and we say that as is inside,
Isn't outside,
Families,
Cities,
Countries,
Continents,
Planets,
And galaxies are nothing more than neural networks.
It is here where we can call ourselves one,
All separated but all connected.
Going back to the connections and your brain as an ally,
Here are two different brain scenarios.
You will have to imagine that you are in a circle,
Together with five other people.
And with them,
You have to solve a riddle,
Whose participating rules are the following.
First one,
The riddle will only be handed into person number one,
And this person will have to transmit it to person two,
And person two to person three,
And so on until all the people get the same information.
Two,
They will only be able to communicate with those people on their sides.
For example,
Person three will only be able to connect with person two and four,
And person four to person three and five.
Three,
When all the people solve the riddle,
Person one will be in charge of transmitting the final answer.
This is an analogy of how your neurons could be communicated today.
Of course,
I am exaggerating this a little bit.
This is how you are used to thinking,
Linearly and predictably,
In a debate which self-answers what it already knows.
This is what your repeated acts transform in adits.
In this way,
The riddle is being solved in a linear way with a latent amount of different ways of understanding what is presented ahead.
This routine diminishes our own life.
Now,
What would happen if we changed the rules just a little bit?
As from now,
Image that all the people in the circle can talk to each other,
Debate,
Oppose ideas and reach consensus.
Now,
As a group,
They can enjoy what happened when different people with different experiences and information built something new altogether.
If you use your neurons in this way,
The amount of ways that you can understand reality will be much wider than if you just only dedicate yourself to repeat your very same acts over and over again.
Different ways of approaching the same reality will give you different ways of resolving the riddle of life.
This means to break this linear thinking.
This is to think outside the circle.
This is giving yourself more opportunities.
Because life is much more than what you think you have already understood.
Now,
You will probably ask me,
How do I know how I think?
Which of these two brains am I?
How do I do to think differently?
And I would answer with some other questions.
How often do you change your route to work?
How often do you try new things?
How often do you trust yourself to new experiences?
How often do you do something you feel uncomfortable with?
How often do you challenge yourself to do something completely different?
How often do you empty yourself of the judgment you have about the person in front of you?
How many hours do you spend to acquire new knowledges?
The unknown scenarios,
The incorporation of new ideas,
Regardless of how foolish they might be,
Listening to new music,
Practicing new sports,
Trying new flavors,
And all the unknown is what takes your reign to make more neuronal interconnections.
Don't try to understand beyond the limit that you,
Yourself,
Have created.
If you continue hearing this book and still don't believe in anything,
You will remain in the circle of linear answers.
And it won't be because this book contains or does not contain some truth,
But because you would have dared to think something different,
Even if it only were to confirm that everything was a lie.
Now,
It is time to take you to the laboratory for a few minutes.
What we can see here is a real image of the brain,
Namely two neurons.
Neurons make connections one with another through dendrites and axons,
And they connect by means of chemical bridges in which almost 32 different types of chemicals intervene.
In order not to go back to the example of the toothbrush of the previous chapter,
We could remember the first time you tried to ride a bike.
Well,
There was no specific neuronal connection to ride a bike,
So,
Therefore,
It turned out to be really difficult to get on your bike,
Cycle,
And steer it.
And even in severe opportunities,
You fell off.
Later,
And by means of arduous repetition,
You put the balance centers and your motor centers together and you recall from a remote place in your mind how a bike behaves and the possible events that may come about.
And eventually,
You learned how to ride a bike.
And in other situations,
You could even do wonders.
What we observe in the image of the book is a neuronal connection when it's made for the first time.
Unlike the previous image,
These neurons are already connected.
This connection will only last in time if it is repeated.
The more times it is repeated,
The more chemicals will flow through and the bigger the size of the cable which connects them will be.
And thus,
Our thoughts will flow more smoothly.
It will be something like having a gravel road,
A cobble,
Or a concrete one.
Everything created layer after layer as a result of repeating your beliefs and emotions.
Why does the brain work like this?
This human being has been on this planet for long and yet along he has been in contact with a state-of-the-art technology.
Most of his being still lives and reacts to archaic patterns as he would live in a cavern and would have to go out to hunt.
The only difference is that he exchanges the tiger for his boss or his mother-in-law,
Success for a competitive sport,
Sport fishing for his unresolved needs to hunt,
And so on.
This brain was designed to save energy.
Therefore,
As you have already learned how to brush your teeth in one way,
Why learn a new one when now while you brush your teeth you can plan your week?
You have gained time.
This brings about many advantages and disadvantages.
A very simple example is a cigarette.
At some point in your life,
Your being internally wasn't able to solve some situation and use an external element to canalize that energy.
Let's suppose that energy comes in the shape of anxiety.
Anxiety was triggered by the unconscious thought of not having the control over one situation and the lack of control to the rejection of the idea that everything is in motion and that everything will change over states,
Only another manifestation wing.
The cigarette now becomes the symbolic representation of something as profound as a universal principle manifesting itself,
The principle of vibration.
This idea,
Which is energy in motion,
Was bound to move and as it is in motion,
It will always find a way or means to do so.
Nothing will stop it.
In this example,
Anxiety became orality and in order to canalize this orality,
You choose a cigarette.
The first connection was very weak,
But since that,
At the following day,
Anxiety came back and you took another cigarette,
Your neurons triggered a mechanism of chemical reinforcement,
Which ended up transforming your anxiety into the repetitive act of smoking.
And now that you want to change,
Your brain wanders.
Why should I reflect on how to canalize the energy?
I already know how to do it.
And it is here where your addiction starts.
The other part of the addiction is related to vibratory levels and therefore,
We could also say that we are not addicted to things,
But to their state and things only keep us tied to those states.
Now,
How do you give up smoking?
How do you put off weight?
How do you develop the will to go to the gym?
How do you get your self-esteem back?
You are forced to provide options to this unstoppable energy rush.
If energy always looks for means to be channeled,
At least you can try to divert this course.
If the energy were damp on the verge of overflowing,
You can choose when and which gates to open depending on your needs and capabilities,
Or simply let the damp overflow as it pleases.
This will entail to grab the wool by its horns or let something else decide in your place.
In the case of the cigarette,
For example,
You can chew gum.
That will be your gate out.
But you always need to have a gate out,
Which may be music,
Meditation,
Sports,
Among others.
The more we have reinforced an act,
The more will we are bound to apply to the choice.
But what is important about this?
That as from now,
You won't be left alone in the statement,
I'll give up smoking,
I'll give up on junk food,
I'll give up feeling bad.
What would happen if we do this?
Anxiety will come up and ask you,
Where am I going?
Where should I go?
And you will find the same old path.
So if you want something to change,
You will have to give it a chance.
You will say,
As from now,
I give up smoking,
And when I feel the need to smoke,
I'll chew gum.
Now,
I eat healthy food.
When I feel hungry,
I'll help prepare a cereal bar,
Especially designed for you,
Brain.
Something else you should take into account is that,
If you just say,
I give up smoking,
It will make you want to smoke even more.
Why?
The word is the representation of the image,
Which in turn,
As we have already explained,
Represents more information in a condensed way.
And in the moment you utter the word smoke,
The image of smoking will awaken your brain,
Which in turn will trigger the pleasure it generates,
Making you want to smoke even more.
In conclusion,
It won't only be the alternative what you must put forward,
But you will have to also change the way of expressing yourself.
Now,
Instead of saying what you don't want,
You will simply say what you do want.
In this example,
Could be,
I'll solve any situation in a healthy and harmonious way.
This will awaken images which will prove to be more beneficial for you.
Yes,
You have a point here.
Will does not inhabit in the third dimension,
And that is why human beings find it so hard to connect with it.
The will is what initiated the movement of the universe itself,
The will to move in order to manifest a desire of God to express himself.
As we go through different levels,
Plans or consciousness,
Will,
Together with free will,
Adopt different dimensions,
And the capacity of conscious execution of each level starts to become more limited.
Sometimes will,
On our planet,
Is wrongly linked to effort,
And effort is what we apply when we move away from our own axis and mission,
To reach that balance where will flows endlessly and naturally.
But eventually,
We will understand how to connect with it.
And what about thoughts and emotions?
Thoughts and emotions work in exactly the same way.
Repetition becomes,
Again,
A blessing or a hindrance.
If you wake up every day looking at the world in a negative way,
Your energy and your being will be channeled through this emotion.
This will bring about negative or positive thoughts,
And eventually this is what will be achieved.
Repeated emotions trigger different moods.
How do you acknowledge the difference?
Ask yourself,
How are you feeling now?
How do you feel when you hear this?
This is emotion,
Short and volatile.
Now,
How are you closing this ear?
Which sensation is involved?
This is called mood,
Sustained in time and composed by your repetition of emotions.
When you look back in time,
The answers to what these past experiences made you feel as a whole will be your mood.
This is another big tip to know whether your life needs a change or not.
If your general mood doesn't fulfill you,
Do something urgently about it,
And start working daily on your emotions,
Just as you would do to quit aspirating the toxicity of a cigarette.
If the way you think is not constructive,
And you only find criticism and victimization in each of your thoughts,
Start to replace them with more positive ones.
And as from this moment,
Don't repeat that the country's economy is hopeless,
Don't take part in talks where violence,
Death or malnutrition is talked about.
This doesn't imply that they don't exist or that you pretend to live in a world of fantasy.
But out of free will,
You decide that your energy will no longer support that reality,
And so,
Day by day,
It will lose its strength and eventually collapse.
It's simple,
It's simple.
Something in order to grow needs energy.
So what would happen if you took that energy and used it for something constructive?
At the end,
Wouldn't you be helping to create a better world?
