Mediamship practice guided meditation.
Practice to be a psychic medium with this guidance.
You will need a pen and paper.
Place this near to you.
Welcome,
I'm Nikki Sutton.
Please refrain from listening while driving or doing anything else.
Make sure you'll be undisturbed.
Sim the lights and sit up in a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes and follow the sound of my voice.
Our intention here can be to bring in a message from spirit either for ourselves or to pass on to someone we know.
To make contact with spirit we should be relaxed and our mind free of excess thought.
We will achieve this state today,
Then perform some protection and then go on to practice some mediumship skills.
It's beneficial to perform this guided meditation more than once for continued practice and improvement.
Some of this process involves visualization.
If this is tricky for you,
You'll be able to use some of your other senses instead.
Here we go.
Begin to focus your attention inward.
Your attention may be scattered due to daily activities and general thought,
But focus your attention now within yourself.
The rest of the world is disappearing from your mind.
All that matters is this present moment.
I want you to draw your attention now to your body and scan yourself over for any tense muscles.
Relax your facial muscles,
Now your shoulders,
Your arms and place your hands tension free in your lap.
Your back is straight,
Yes,
But just imagine now releasing all tension from your upper body.
And now your lower body.
Feel any tension flow away from your legs and allow your feet to relax.
Really allow yourself to relax and drift into a feeling of peacefulness and well-being.
Your body is peaceful and your mind is calm.
In a moment I'll ask you to take a deep breath and as you breathe out,
Blow away any negative energies you may have accumulated within you.
Go ahead,
Take a deep breath in now and as you breathe out,
Blow away any negative energy now.
You are a being of pure white brilliant light.
Become aware that you are glowing with white radiant light.
This light is within you and surrounding you,
You are the light.
And it is your protection from any being we do not choose to communicate with today.
You are fully protected in this light.
Say after me either in your mind or out loud,
I am always fully protected by my radiant white light.
So that's I am always fully protected by my radiant white light.
Go ahead.
Now it's time to set the intention for mediumship communication.
You can bring in a message from spirit either for yourself or to pass on to someone you know.
So repeat after me,
I communicate now with the highest intentions and for the greatest good.

And one last thing,

I ask my guides to help me make contact today.

Okay,
Now we go within the mind and we'll set up an anchor point to focus your mind.
Visualise now you're observing a beautiful view.
It may be a wonderful landscape of rolling hills or mountains or perhaps the sea.
See this amazing view with your mind's eye.
Allow colours and shapes to form and observe the scenery as if you're actually there.
This is now your anchor point.
Spirit are always aware when someone is making contact.
So it's time to be open and see what comes through.
Your anchor point view aids in your concentration and not getting lost in thought.
But I want you to be open now to any communication coming through.
As you observe your view,
You may either hear a voice in your mind that sounds different to your voice or you may receive information as a sense of just knowing something like a thought just popping into your mind or the view you're observing may be replaced spontaneously by a mental image of a scene,
Event or person or anything at all.
You may also receive an emotion such as love or gratitude.
Also to recap,
As you view your anchor point view,
You may receive information or a message by hearing a voice in the mind or you may just know or realise something or you may see an image in your mind's eye or feel an emotion.
So observe your beautiful view without trying to think or choose or decide or force the process.
Pin no hopes on the outcome either.
Just be open,
Observe your view and see what pops into your mind.
Go ahead for two minutes at first.
Good night.

If you've received some communication,
Open your eyes and write it down,
Then close your eyes again.
Great.
Now,
Going inward again,
Staying very calm and relaxed,
Peaceful and centred.
Return to your beautiful view.
You can always pick new scenery if you like,
Just for variation.
Allow the view to form.
Observe your pleasant surroundings.
Now,
If you found one or two methods of receiving information was happening more than the others,
Then it may be so that these are your speciality.
For example,
Clairvoyance,
That's seeing,
And claircognizance,
That's just knowing something,
Or perhaps using clairaudience,
That's hearing a voice or sounds,
Together with clairsentience,
That's receiving an emotion or physical sensation.
Whichever methods come most naturally to you,
All are fantastic and you can use your preferred methods together.
So,
Now that you've had some experience,
Even if you're yet to receive,
Let's communicate again,
And remember,
You can always talk back to spirit by speaking either out loud or within your mind,
Asking them questions.
So,
Be present now,
Observing your view,
Remaining open to receive,
With no trying or expectations.
Go ahead for three minutes this time.
Well done.
If you've received mediumship communication,
Go ahead and open your eyes,
Write it down,
And close your eyes again.
Okay,
Very calm and relaxed now.
Return to your scenery once more,
To your magnificent view within your mind's eye.
Send out thanks to your guides and spirit now.
Be proud of yourself,
Even if you didn't receive mediumship communication today.
Your intention is to learn and practice,
And that's wonderful.
Allow your scenery to fade slowly now.
And become aware and mindful of your body,
Still glowing in protective white light.
You're always glowing,
By the way.
You are a light body in human form.
Be aware also of your infinite loving power and potential.
Arriving back in your surroundings now,
You can open your eyes when ready.

Amazing! A piano kept popping up in my mind then I realized my grandmother played very often...soon as I realized it I saw her smiling, playing and stated seeing others who passed like her brother etc, all smiling around the piano.
