It's going to be a lovely evening.
And what we're going to do is calm and settle.
You're going to be able to center yourself so beautifully.
So that you can relax and enjoy the rest of your evening.
Then settle down peacefully for a deep and replenishing sleep.
I'd like you to get really comfy now.
You can either sit up or lay down.
Just remember that if visualization is tricky for you,
Then use your sense of just knowing as to what you're experiencing.
Getting calm and comfortable now.
Just listen to the sound of my voice and sooner or later you'll enter a very peaceful,
Pleasant sense of well-being.
So blink those eyes a few times for me.
And each time you do so,
Your eyes grow heavier until they close.
Becoming really in touch with yourself now.
I invite you to become aware of your breathing.
Just let it grow a little deeper now.
A little deeper and slower.
Because this is how we breathe when we're truly relaxed.
And with every inhalation,
Breathe a little deeper into your belly.
And feel yourself relax even more.
And with every exhale,
Just release the events of the day.
And breathe in,
Relaxing even more.
And breathe out,
Releasing everything.
And a few more times at your own pace.
Beautiful.
Well done.
Breathing so comfortably at your own perfect rhythm that's so comfortable for you.
Now you've done so well today.
No matter what,
You've done all that you can do for now.
So it's time to give yourself some space and focus on caring for you.
And still being aware of your breathing.
With every breath you take,
Your mind now declutters more.
And you become the infinite point of awareness that you truly are.
Allowing each breath to take you deeper into relaxation.
And just scan your body over for any muscles being held tightly.
Find them now.
And fully release them.
Any tension is just flowing away from your aura and energy field.
None of that is needed right now.
Let any muscles,
Wherever they are in your body,
Relax and release.
Feeling and sensing your inner world in complete serenity now.
This is the feeling within you at this peaceful time of relaxing rejuvenation.

I'm just going to count you down from five to one and you'll find yourself in the most pleasant and inviting of places.
Let's go to a beautiful vacation holiday home out in the countryside.
Secluded and beautiful,
All yours to enjoy for a little while.
It'll be a special place for you to unwind.

Two and one and find yourself on the balcony of your beautiful holiday home.
Just enjoying a break away.
Observe the magnificent view from the balcony.
Rolling hills of a million shades of green.
Patches of trees here and there in the distance.
And a magnificent river running through it all.
There are meadows of wild flowers too.
Making this the most magnificent view to behold.
It's a pleasant,
Warm,
Sunny evening.
And how relaxing,
Safe and secure this place is.
How welcomed you feel.
Become aware of the house you're staying in.
Turning to view it.
How pretty it looks with gleaming windows.
The outer walls are so beautifully painted.
And there are hanging baskets of flowers here and there.
This balcony is spacious and has modern outdoor chairs to sit upon,
So clean and cosy.
Go ahead and take a seat.
Still observing the divine view.
Your position so perfectly to see it.
Ah,
And your favourite drink is on the table.
And you can take a sip.
And sit back and relax.
Still observing the view.
Some birds fly over and then land on a tree right nearby.
And they're singing their tuneful songs so delicately.
It relaxes you.
And the sky is blue with some clouds here and there.
Observe how they gently roll away into the distance.
And you realise that these clouds are the challenges you've overcome today.
And anything else you've yet to deal with that's also rolling away in the clouds.
Moving away up in the sky.
Everything you've had to do.
Any thoughts that have been going round and round in your mind.
When you've been thinking ahead or looking back at the past.
Whatever it is,
It's all in the clouds rolling away up above you.
Away into the distance.
The events of the day are up there.
Safely held by the clouds.
And they're moving away.
Off they go.
To allow you to relax.
And replenish your energies here in this beautiful place away from everything.
And the sun warms you still ever so gently.
As it begins to set on this day.
Sensing now.
The sun is sending its energy to replenish you.
As your energy levels rise.
Ready for a new day tomorrow.
All the clouds have rolled away and the sun is setting ready for peaceful rest.
I invite you now to welcome more self love into your heart.
Really appreciate all that you do.
And notice how free you feel how content and relaxed.
The sun is sending you the last of the healing replenishing energies you need to feel your absolute best.
