Wow...he was right on every single feeling, itch, and situation I've been going through..scary..its like it was meant for me at that moment!!!

Loved it. Very good description of beginning meditation. ( personal preference- the guitar music had a repeated stanza that sounded like "When the saints go marching in" and I found that distracting. Guess I'm still a beginner. Lol)
