Reiki Infused Grounding & Shielding Guided Meditation

Use this meditation daily to keep yourself grounded and shielded. Both grounding and shielding will assist you in keeping your energy clear and high vibrational. Connecting to the Earth through grounding has proven to lessen stress and anxiety, while shielding will wash away any energies that are not yours and energies no longer serving you.

Welcome to the grounding and shielding guided meditation.

Throughout this entire meditation you will be receiving reiki as well.

Go ahead and find a comfortable seated position.

Close your eyes when you're ready.

And begin by taking a big deep breath through your nose.

Holding it for a few seconds and sighing it out of your mouth.

Allow your breathing to release any stress,

Tension or worries you may be feeling or thinking now.

Allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.

Listening to the music,

Listening to my voice,

Feeling any sensations you have in your body.

And begin now to visualize your root chakra at the base of your spine,

Including your legs and your feet.

Allow the bottoms of your feet to start growing roots.

Allow these roots to go through the bottom of the carpet or the hardwood floor you may be on.

Allow these roots to go through the foundation of the building you're in.

All the way down into the grass,

Into the dirt and soil,

Through any roots.

Picking up any nutrition along the way that you may need.

Maybe some strength and support for your immune system as you allow your roots to travel further and further and deeper and deeper into the earth.

Seeing your roots going through solid rock.

Picking up the strength and stamina of these beautiful rocks as your roots easily flow through them.

Now traveling deeper and deeper into the earth,

Noticing beautiful crystals and gems.

Maybe allowing yourself to energetically pick up on the metaphysical healing properties of any of these that you see,

Sense or feel.

Going deeper and deeper,

Allowing your roots to come to a beautiful layer of water deep inside the earth.

Allow this water to cleanse you now as your roots travel through the water.

This water can cleanse not only your physical body but your spiritual body,

Your emotional body,

Your mental body,

Your etheric body.

Take a big deep cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Allowing anything that is no longer serving you to dissolve.

You travel deeper and deeper into the core of the earth now.

Starting to feel the warmth and the fire from the core of the earth as you notice a beautiful orange glow.

Go ahead and anchor your roots into this beautiful magnificent fire in the core of our earth.

Allow this fire to easily and effortlessly dissolve and destroy and burn through any insecurities,

Doubts that you may have about yourself,

About your own healing abilities,

About your worth,

About how you are good enough.

Allow those feelings to start rising to the surface.

Feel worthy.

Know that you are loved and cared for.

Now with those roots deeply anchored into the core of the earth,

Allow your energy and mother nature's energy to run up those cords again back up through the fire making your way to the water.

Going through this layer of water once more allowing for one more beautiful effortless cleansing.

Going through the crystal layer one more time,

Noticing all those beautiful crystals and gems.

And up through the rocks.

Finally making your way up to the roots,

The dirt and soil and grass,

All the way back up into the foundation of the building you're in,

Into the flooring and finally into the bottoms of your feet.

Allow the energy to pause here.

Feel the tingling sensation of mother nature's energy entering your physical body now.

Allow that beautiful energy to run up through your feet,

Up through your shins,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your bottom and the base of your spine.

Now pausing here at the root chakra,

Allow this energy from mother nature to transform into beautiful red ball.

This beautiful red ball is circling all over your root chakra,

Cleansing away anything that is no longer serving you.

It's reaching you in a very,

Very deep,

Deep cellular way so that you can heal and align your root chakra now.

Letting go of any trust issues,

Any lack and focusing on the abundance all around you and your connection with the earth.

Now allowing that ball of light to move up into your hips,

Into your sacral chakra,

Turning a beautiful orange color.

Allow this beautiful orange color to swirl all around and within your sacral chakra.

Feeling yourself connect to your creativity.

Knowing how special and unique you truly are as you feel your self worth grow.

Allowing that ball of light to travel up into your stomach,

Into your solar plexus and turning a beautiful bright yellow just like the sun.

This beautiful ball of light is swirling all around your solar plexus and every single cell within your solar plexus.

Allow this beautiful healing light to transform any limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living your dreams,

From embodying your desires.

Allow this light to brighten this chakra.

Take a big deep breath here and fill your belly with air and gently release it.

And allow that light now to travel up into your heart chakra.

This light now is turning a beautiful deep divine green color.

This green ball of light is circling around and within your heart chakra.

Allowing you to make space for compassion,

Forgiveness and love.

Not only for yourself but also for others.

Letting this ball of light to grow your compassion and feel that beautiful loving energy throughout your entire body.

Letting this heart chakra space become a magnet.

Allowing you to lead from this chakra,

Lead a heart centered life.

Give your heart chakra permission now if it feels good to you to become your inner GPS,

Your inner navigation system.

Promising her that you will give her the time and space she needs and you will listen.

Now allowing that ball of light to travel up into your throat chakra,

Turning into a beautiful blue color.

Allowing that blue to transform any trauma you may have from not feeling heard,

From not feeling seen.

Allow this beautiful ball of light to assist you in expressing yourself.

Maybe expressing boundaries or expressing your desires,

Whatever that looks like for you.

Allow this ball of blue light to transform this energy center and raise the vibration of your throat chakra.

Now allow that ball of light to travel up into your third eye,

Just between your two physical eyes.

See this ball of light turn into a beautiful indigo color.

And allow this beautiful ball of light to travel in and around your third eye center,

Connecting you on a deeper level to your inner wisdom,

Your inner knowing,

Your connection to your true,

Authentic higher self.

See sense,

Feel this connection growing now.

You're doing a great job.

Now taking a big deep breath,

Allowing that ball of light to travel once more to the top of your head into your crown chakra,

Turning a beautiful violet color.

See sense,

Feel this light traveling in and around your crown chakra.

Allow this beautiful healing energy to transform any insecurities or past injustices you are holding onto when it comes to your beliefs,

Your higher power,

Your connection with your higher power.

Allow this light and Reiki to dissolve any of these injustices and past traumas.

Allow this beautiful crown chakra to open up,

Making your connection with the divine in your higher power stronger than it ever has been before.

Yes,

Allowing that space to grow,

Feeling a deeper and stronger connection and allowing that energy of Mother Nature that you've run up your entire physical body now to meet here with your connection to the divine and visualize a beautiful pillar of rainbow light coming down,

Down,

Down from the heavens.

Down,

Down,

Down.

This pillar of light is meeting here now at your crown chakra,

Feeling that energy of Mother Nature and your higher divine power meeting here.

Allow this beautiful rainbow pillar of light to enter your crown chakra.

Going down deep into your third eye,

Your throat,

Your heart,

Your solar plexus,

Your sacral,

Your root chakra all the way down your thighs,

Your knees,

Your shins and your feet.

Allow this pillar of light to go about six inches below your feet.

This beautiful pillar of rainbow light is your shield.

Allow this shield to grow all throughout your body now.

This shield is going to act as a protective measure so that you hold in all of your beautiful,

Beautiful light and energy and you only absorb positive energy from others and the environment.

So let that shield grow past your physical body now.

This beautiful rainbow light,

See,

Sense,

Feel,

Know that it is there.

Expand this beautiful light about a foot outside of your physical body,

Intending here right now for this beautiful shield to repel any negativity and only allow positive energy in,

Ensuring that your energy does not leak,

Ensuring that you are keeping your high vibrational energy within and only allowing the good positive high vibration in from others in your environment through this shield.
