Welcome to the Rainbow Meditation.
Let's go ahead and get started and find a comfortable seated position and close our eyes.
Listen to your breath here for a few seconds and focus on emptying your mind.
And if a distracting thought or two comes floating in,
Don't worry,
Don't judge,
Just let it be and return back to your breath.
Now imagine with your inhalation that you're pulling a red energy up through each of the soles of your feet,
Up each of your legs to the very first chakra located at the base of your spine.
And as you finish that inhalation,
Let both streams of red energy meet there.
And as you exhale,
Let the stream of energy that came up your right leg go down your left leg and the stream of energy that came up your left leg go down your right leg.
And repeat this for a few seconds.
Now imagine with your inhalation that you're pulling up an orange energy through each of the soles of your feet,
Up each of your legs to the second chakra,
Which is about two inches below your feet.
Up each of your legs to the second chakra,
Which is about two inches below your belly button.
As you finish your inhalation,
Let both streams of orange energy meet there.
And as you exhale,
Let the stream of energy that came up your right leg to go down your left leg and that stream of energy that came up your left leg to go down your right leg.
And repeat for a few seconds.
Next,
Imagine with your inhalation that you're pulling a yellow energy up through each of the soles of your feet,
Up each of your legs to the third chakra,
Located about two inches above your belly button.
And as you finish your inhalation,
Letting both streams of yellow energy meet there.
And as you exhale,
Let the stream of energy that came up your right leg to go down your left leg and the stream of energy that came up your left leg to go down your right.
And again,
Repeating this for a few seconds.
Now imagining your inhalation pulling a green energy up through each of the soles of your feet,
Up each of your legs to the fourth chakra,
Located in the center of your chest.
As you're finishing your inhalation,
Allowing both streams of green energy to meet there.
And as you exhale,
Letting the stream of energy that came up your right leg to go down your left leg and the stream of energy that came up your left leg to go down your right.
And repeat this for a few seconds on your own.
Next,
Imagining with your inhalation that you're pulling up a light blue energy up through each of the soles of your feet,
Up each of your legs to the fifth chakra,
Located at the center of your throat.
As you finish your inhalation,
Letting both streams of blue energy meet there.
And as you exhale,
Let the stream of energy that came up your right leg to go down your left leg and the stream of energy that came up your left leg to go down your right leg and repeat until you're ready to move to the next chakra.
Now imagining with your inhalation that you're pulling up a beautiful indigo color through each of the soles of your feet,
Up each of your legs to the sixth chakra,
Located between your eyebrows.
And as you finish that inhalation,
Allowing both streams of indigo light to come together there.
And as you're exhaling,
Letting the stream of energy that came up your right leg to now go down your left leg and the energy that came up your left leg to go down your right leg.
Repeat until you're ready to move on.
And now imagining with your inhalation that you're pulling a purple energy up through each of the soles of your feet,
Up each of your legs to the seventh chakra,
Located at the top of your head.
As you finish your inhalation,
Allowing both streams of purple energy to meet there.
And as you exhale,
Let the stream of energy that came up your right leg to go down your left leg and the stream of energy that came up your left leg to go down your right leg and repeat this visualization for a few more seconds.
And now if you're able to visualize each color with their respective chakra,
Allowing your entire energy system at this time to appear like a rainbow.
And relax and breathe deeply and allow the colors to continue to blend on their own,
So they can heal and restore you.

Now allow yourself to simply let go of the visualization and bring yourself back into your body by slowly wiggling your fingertips and your toes and gently moving your neck from shoulder to shoulder and opening your eyes whenever you're ready.
