Explore MeditationNiamh is a holistic health and nutrition coach, yoga instructor, reiki guide and breathwork facilitator. She spent three years learning, traveling and studying alternative healing practices from Indigenous Communities in Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia and Guatemala. These learnings are tightly integrated into her teachings. With a background in writing and communications, and degree in Marketing and Public Relations, Niamh spent many years finding ways to manage her own stress. Niamh now creates safe spaces for busy working professionals to breathe and find stillness amongst the chaos. She facilitates group classes and workshops with businesses and studios, has over 100 coaching hours working 1-1 with individuals, and runs regular events and retreats in Portugal and Europe. Niamh integrates her passions and knowledge for nutrition, meditation, breathwork and yoga into one holistic offering, all underpinned by the values of Growth, Dedication, Integrity, Devotion, Passion.
