With more than 15 years practising yoga asana, and a decade in mindfulness meditation, Nicole has completed two 12-week programs in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy in Toronto, enhancing her understanding of tools for managing symptoms of anxiety and stress reduction. In 2019, she achieved her Reiki Level II certification in Bali, further deepening her holistic approach to healing. Nicole's practical experience is extensive. She initiated a mindfulness meditation program at Uberall in Berlin, leading over 150 group sessions and contributing to major technology events like SaaS Day and DMEXCO. Her six-week mindfulness program, ‘From Self-Limited to Self-Leader,’ reflects her commitment to personal growth and leadership. Beyond her career as a content creator and podcast host, Nicole is a dedicated mental health advocate, volunteering as a meditation guide and energy healing practitioner. Her work is driven by a mission to create safe, nurturing spaces for individuals to feel empowered to step into their authentic selves.
