Peeling into the strength,
The weight,
And the stability of your body,
And the uprightness of your spine and your neck and your head floating atop in perfect alignment.
Feeling dignified like kings and queens.
Knowing that at times there might be a feeling of weakness,
Vulnerability,
Or less than.
But right here,
Right now,
Remembering that I sit in my power.
I sit in my power.
Breathing in,
I sit,
Breathing out in my power.
I sit in my power.
Taking a few more breaths with those words.
I am worth the space.

I'm worth the time.
Moment by moment,
I am strong.
