Let the soft waterfall sounds and colorful nature carry you to a magical place of inner peace and harmony. I wrote this meditation years ago, and it was always one of my favorites. Visualizing sitting behind a colorful rainbow, looking at all the sparkly colors, feels like a massage for your face, and it will feel magical and real. Close your eyes,

Put your hand on your belly and slowly breathe in and let it out.

Now imagine you are walking in a beautiful green forest.

You hear birds singing,

You hear the wind going through the leaves and water trickling nearby.

You follow the sound of the stream with your feet.

You are barefoot and you step over roots and the forest floor.

Step by step the water gets louder.

Soon you see a magical waterfall splashing down from tall rocks.

The waterfall shines in all colors of the rainbow because the sunlight shines through the water and you see something shimmering behind the waterfall.

You see rainbow colors dancing in the mist.

You take a deep breath in and slowly out.

You step closer and gently walk through the waterfall.

It feels cool and sparkly.

Now you are behind the waterfall and you find a peaceful cave full of shimmering crystals in every color,

Blue,

Pink,

Green and gold.

You look at all the crystals and it's so beautiful,

It's like a massage for your eyes.

You want to touch all the crystals.

It's very quiet here,

Safe and magical.

You sit down behind the waterfall and take another calm breath.

Listen to the sound of the water falling in front of you.

This is your secret place of peace.

Stay here for a moment,

Breathing slowly,

Feeling calm and happy.

When you are ready,

Gently walk back through the waterfall.

Feel the light on your face.

Open your eyes when you feel ready.

You are peaceful.

You are strong.

You are full of rainbow light.

And always remember you can come back to it whenever you need it.

Just close your eyes and think of sitting behind the rainbow waterfall.

Enjoying all the colors of the crystals and the sound of the waterfall.
