Close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep breath in.
And let it out softly.
Feel your body begin to settle,
Letting the tension melt from your shoulders and your jaw and your hands.
You Now imagine a small,
Ancient door appearing in the air just in front of you.
Not attached to a wall or not part of a building.
Just adore floating in the soft air,
Glowing faintly with a warm inviting light.
You feel a gentle pull toward it.
A curiosity that's both comforting and exciting.
As you reach out,
The door opens slightly.
Revealing a shimmering corridor of light.
As the door fully opens,
The light beams even brighter in front of you,
Not blinding but inviting.
The floor beneath you is soft and malleable,
Like walking on a thick,
Warm cloud.
You step inside.
And with each step.
You feel lighter and freer.
The corridor bends and twists in impossible ways.
One moment it rises like a spiral staircase toward the sky.
The next it dips down like a slide into a valley of stars.
You feel no fear.
Only wonder.
And as the corridor begins to open up,
You notice a vast garden in front of you.
As you walk closer,
You notice this garden is unlike anything you've ever seen.
The plants are translucent,
Like glass.
And they pulse gently with colours you've never named.
Teal melting into amber,
Violet shimmering into liquid gold.
Flowers float in the air,
Drifting like lanterns,
Releasing soft musical tones that hum in harmony with your breath.
As you watch this garden in awe.
You decide to take a moment to walk through the garden.
Do reach out and touch a flower.
It feels alive but soft.
Vibrating lightly under your fingertips.
The sound it makes when you touch it resonates through your chest in a soothing rhythm,
Like your heartbeat syncing with the garden itself.
As you continue,
You notice a small stream winding through the garden.
This stream isn't made of water.
It's a flowing river of light.
Like liquid moonlight.
You step into it and you feel it swirl around your ankles.
Into your calves and finally up into your entire body.
Each touch of the light cleanses and energizes you.
Carrying away worry,
Doubt and tension.
As this light completely engulfs your body.
You just stand there for a moment,
Feeling this immense feeling.
You you notice that there's a gentle current beneath you.
And you begin floating slowly upward.
You rise above the garden.
Seeing it shrink into a mosaic of color.
The sky above is alive.
There's an aurora of swirling hues,
Stars drifting lazily through the bands of light.
You feel weightless,
Unbound and free.
For some reason you have a feeling that you need to look inwards.
You imagine your thoughts as small glowing orbs floating around you.
Some are bright and some are dim.
And some are flickering unpredictably.
Without judgement,
You reach out and touch one.
Expands into a brilliant light and gently dissolves into the sky,
Merging with the aurora around you.
Every orb you touch transforms and disappears,
Leaving space,
Clarity and calm.
You take a deep breath and notice the freedom in this space.
Notice how the impossible colors,
The floating flowers,
The river of light all exist in harmony with you.
You are both part of the scene and the observer of it.
You are weightless,
Expansive,
And limitless.
When you are ready.
You slowly descend back through the garden.
Letting the colours and sounds accompany you.
Almost like a good friend by your side.
You step back through the corridor of light,
Feeling your body return to the room around you.
But carrying the calm and wonder and creativity of your journey.
You take a final deep breath in.
Hold it for a moment.
And exhale.
And as you exhale,
Gently open your eyes.
And you return fully present.
Yet your mind feels brighter and lighter and alive with possibility.
As if the impossible world you visited.
Has left a permanent sparkle inside you.
