Welcome to another New Moon Meditation. After the intense Full Moon in Scorpio, the gentle, grounding energy of Taurus is more than welcome. Taurus invites us to slow down, to indulge our senses, to immerse ourselves in nature, and above all, to take time to ground ourselves. It's also a good moment to consider financial stability and to attract more abundance.

Welcome to this new moon meditation.

The new moon is in Taurus.

After the intense full moon that we had last month,

I think it's really nice welcome to have a new moon in Taurus.

Taurus,

Symbolized by the bow,

Embodies qualities of stability,

Abundance and sensuality.

Those born under this sign often have a deep connection to the physical world and they appreciate beauty and they seek for security.

I would like you to find a comfortable position,

Whether you will be lying down or sitting.

And if it feels safe for you,

Close your eyes.

With the energy of the new moon in Taurus,

We will take the opportunity to immerse ourselves fully in its grounding energy and embrace the potential for growth and manifestation.

Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Let go of any tension or stress that you may be holding on to.

Allow yourself to sink deeper into relaxation with every breath.

Try to let go of the day thus far and try to be fully present in the here and now.

Now we will start with some sankalpas by setting a sankalpa.

A sankalpa is a positive affirmation.

I have five examples here and just feel what resonates with your energy right now.

Let your heart do the picking.

I am grounded and secure,

Rooted like the oak,

Ready to manifest my dreams.

I embrace the abundance of the universe,

Allowing prosperity to flow effortlessly into my life.

I trust in the process of growth and transformation,

Knowing that I am supported by the earth.

Beneath me,

I release all fear and doubt,

Surrendering to the natural rhythm of life and embracing my true potential.

I am grateful for the beauty that surrounds me,

Finding joy and contentment in the simple pleasures of every day.

Choose a sankalpa that resonates with you or make your own.

Now let's begin with the rotation of consciousness,

Engaging all of our senses.

As I will mention every body part,

Only bring your awareness to this body part,

But also try to engage with your senses to fully experience it.

Start with your right hand.

Feel the warmth and the texture of your skin,

The gentle pulse of your heartbeat.

Notice any sensations or tingling or relaxation.

Move your awareness to your right thumb,

Right ring finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

The palm of your hand,

Your wrist,

And go up to your right elbow,

Upper hand.

All the way to your right shoulder.

Now shift your attention to your left hand.

Feel the weight of your hand resting,

The sensation of air passing over your skin,

And bring your awareness to your left thumb,

To your right,

Sorry,

Left index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

And little finger,

Your left wrist,

All the way up to your left elbow,

Your upper arm,

And your left shoulder.

Now move your awareness to both of your shoulders.

Now move your awareness to both of your shoulders,

And going down to your chest,

Feeling the gentle rise of your chest area.

Pay attention to the heartbeat.

Now move your awareness down,

Down,

All the way down to your stomach.

Take a moment to also feel some awareness around your navel center,

Your Manipura chakra,

The navel chakra.

Give it a lot of space with every inhale.

The navel center is where the fire is,

Where your passion resides.

With every inhale,

Invite in more of what makes you happy,

And with every exhale,

Let go of things that do not serve you and don't make you happy anymore.

Give your Manipura chakra a lot of space,

And then gently move your awareness to your hips,

Feel them grounded.

And then bring your awareness to your right leg,

Your right thigh,

Going down to your right knee,

Going down to your right knee,

Also the inside of your knee and the space you have between the inside of your knee and the ground,

Going down all the way to your calf muscles,

To your right ankle,

Your right heel,

And all the way to your toes,

Your big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe.

And now imagine your entire right leg being completely relaxed and heavy.

Now switch your awareness to your left side,

Your left leg,

Your thighs,

Going all the way to your knees,

The inside of your knees,

And the space that you're feeling between the ground and the inside of your knees,

Going further down your calf muscles,

All the way to your left ankle,

Left heel,

And then all the way to your big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Fifth toe.

And now imagine your entire left leg being completely heavy and relaxed.

Now scan your body from your toes all the way to your ankles,

Going up to your knees,

Going up to your thighs,

Your hips,

Going up from your belly,

Your hands,

All the way from your wrist,

Your elbows,

Your ribcage,

Your heart center,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

And then focus on your face,

Focus on your forehead,

Relax your forehead,

And now bring your awareness to your closed eyes,

And try to focus while closing your eyes,

Focus on the inside,

Looking to your third eye.

Now bring your awareness to your nose,

See if you're smelling anything with every inhale,

With the air that comes in through your nostrils,

What do you smell right now?

What do you smell right now?

And then bring your awareness to your lips,

Maybe open your mouth a little bit,

So let your tongue relax,

Try to think about the last thing that you've eaten,

The last thing that you've drunk,

Maybe you still have a taste in your mouth,

And bring your awareness to your cheeks,

Bring your awareness to your ears,

What other noises do you hear right now?

Maybe there is some outside noise,

Traffic noise,

Maybe you can hear some distant talking,

Maybe you can hear a pet walking,

What is it that you hear?

And then bring your awareness to your hair,

To the crown of your head,

The crown of your head,

And imagine your entire body from head to toe,

From toe to head,

Completely relaxed,

Feel the connection between your body and the earth beneath you,

Feel the support of the gravity,

How it's anchoring you in the present moment,

And now I would like you to imagine yourself standing in a field,

Surrounded by the sights,

The sounds,

And the sense of nature,

Feel the soft grass beneath your feet,

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

And feel the gentle breeze rushing against your face,

Maybe you're imagining a place that you know,

Maybe it's a new place,

Whatever comes to your mind,

Everything is okay,

And as you look around,

Notice the colors,

Notice the textures of the landscape,

Take in the vibrant colors of the flowers,

The rich greens of the trees,

The clear blue of the sky above,

And in the distance,

You see a small pathway leading to a garden,

Follow the path,

Allowing yourself to be guided by curiosity and intuition,

As you enter the garden,

Take a moment to pause and fully immerse yourself in its beauty,

Notice the symphony of sounds,

The chirping of birds,

The rustling of the leaves,

The gentle flow of water,

Engage your senses fully as you explore the garden,

As you explore the garden,

Feel the petals of the flowers,

Inhale deeply to take in their fragrant aromas,

Listening to the soothing sounds of the flowing water,

And somewhere in the garden,

Someone is playing a handpan,

And find a comfortable spot in this garden,

And allow yourself to be fully present in this moment,

And take a moment to set the intentions for the new moon,

Envision your goals and desires,

And feel as if they have already been fulfilled,

Feel the joy and excitement of manifesting your dreams into reality,

And slowly,

Slowly,

You come back into the present moment,

You bring your awareness closer to you,

And I want to give you some tips on how to use this energy of the new moon in Taurus into your life,

How you can bring in more beauty,

Abundance and joy,

Take time to connect with nature,

Whether it's walking barefoot on the earth,

Gardening,

Or simply spending time outdoors,

Grounding yourself can help you feel more centered and aligned with the energy of Taurus,

Use the stability and determination of Taurus to set practical and achievable goals,

Break down your goals into smaller steps and create a plan to slowly but steadily work towards them,

Taurus is ruled by Venus,

Venus is the planet of love and beauty,

So indulge in sincere experiences that bring you pleasure,

Treat yourself to a luxurious bath,

Enjoy a delicious meal,

Or surround yourself with beautiful artwork or music,

Taurus energy is also associated with financial stability and abundance,

Use this time to review your finances,

Create a budget,

Or set long-term financial goals,

Focus on building a solid foundation for your future,

Now think back to the sankalpa that you set in the beginning of our meditation practice,

And really feel how it resonates deeply within your heart,

How it resonates deeply within your heart,

As you slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment,

Take a deep breath in and feel recharged and rejuvenated,

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes and return to the world around you,
