My name is Nathalie and I am so happy you are here right now.
This is a creative flow,
A creative meditation where we will breathe and draw together.
So before we get started,
If you haven't done so already,
Take a pen,
A pencil,
Maybe paint,
Maybe a paintbrush or maybe you want to paint with your fingers and whatever you want to use to be creative for the upcoming moments,
Trust that this is exactly what you need right now.
So you can pause this track and go and get paper and your creative tools that you want to use.
So this is a moment where breath and creativity will meet.
There is no pressure,
No outcome,
Just expression.
So take your paintbrush,
Your pencil or your pen and let it gently rest in your hand.
And now inhale through the nose and as you exhale draw a line,
A shape,
A movement.
Pause whenever you inhale and again on the exhale draw.
Let your breath guide your hand.
And on the exhale draw.
And again inhaling pause and exhale draw.
And make sure to relax your shoulders,
To soften your grip and let the movement come from ease,
Not effort.
And inhale,
Pause.
Exhale,
Draw a line.
Inhale,
Pause and feel the space.
And exhale another line.
Inhale,
Pause.
And exhale another line.
There is no right or wrong here.
Just let your breath create a rhythm.
Maybe your lines are fast or maybe you're drawing slow curves.
Maybe it's soft,
It's bold,
It's flowing.
And if thoughts come,
Return to your breath,
Return to the movement.
Inhale,
You pause.
Maybe you take another color and exhale,
You draw.
Come back to the movement with every exhale.
Inhale,
You are not just creating something,
You are allowing something to move through you.
And let your breath become your guide.
Maybe longer exhales and longer lines.
Or maybe it's soft,
Short breaths,
Just enough to draw small details.
See the fun in it,
See the joy.
Put a smile on your face while you're doing this and let your inner world express itself without control.
And with every inhale,
You pause.
And with every exhale,
You draw.
Maybe faster,
Maybe slower.
You always take time to come back to your breath.
And now take a moment to pause.
Continue to breathe and repeat the following affirmations in your head or out loud.

I allow myself to explore.

And now take your pen or pencil back and continue to make your art.
On every exhale,
You draw.
And on every inhale,
You pause.
Maybe there is a pattern that is coming back.
Maybe you want to pause.
Switch it up.
Change colors.
And just continue.
You pause on every inhale.
And on every exhale,
You draw.
Without thinking,
Just let your inner world express itself.
And now slowly come back to your breath and let your pen come to stillness.
Now look at what has emerged.
Without judgment,
Just witness.
And take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
You create it simply by being present.
