Welcome.
My name is Natalie and I am so grateful that you are here with me right now.
This is a meditation that will help you cleanse your space and clear your energy.
So take a moment to arrive exactly where you are.
Today.
We are going to create a simple cleansing ritual for your space.
You can use palo santo,
Sage or any other cleansing herb that feels meaningful to you.
This is a practice of intention,
Mindfulness and letting go.
You don't have to believe that the smoke is doing anything magical.
Simply allow the ritual to become a physical way of saying I am ready to clear some space.
I am ready to let go and I am ready for a fresh beginning.
So before you begin,
Open a window or a door.
Allow some fresh air to move through the room.
And make sure that you're using Palo Santo or Sage safely with a fireproof dish or bowl nearby.
So take a slow breath in.
And exhale completely.
Again,
Inhale.
And exhale.
Now light your Palo Santo or Sage.
Allow it to catch for a few moments and then gently blow out the flame so that it begins to smolder.
You don't need a lot of smoke,
Just enough to make this ritual tangible.
And as you begin,
Set an intention.
Perhaps there has been tension in your home.
Perhaps you've had a difficult week.
Perhaps you've been carrying other people's emotions.
Or perhaps you simply feel that your space needs a reset.
Whatever brought you here today is enough.
Take another slow breath.
And silently say to yourself.
I am ready to release what I no longer need.
I am ready to release what I no longer need.
Now begin moving slowly around your space.
You can start wherever feels natural.
Move the smoke gently around the room.
You don't need to rush.
Let this be slow.
Let this be intentional.
And as you move,
Repeat.
I release what no longer serves me.
I release what no longer serves me.
I let go of what feels heavy.
I let go of what feels heavy.
I release what is not mine to carry.
I release what is not mine to carry.
And keep moving gently through your space.
You might move towards the corners of the room.
Around your doorway.
Around your windows.
Around the places where you spend the most time.
And as you do,
Repeat.
I clear the space with intention.
I release the old,
I make space for something new.
And take your time.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
As you continue,
Bring your awareness to anything you are ready to leave behind.
Conversation.
A difficult day.
And all thought.
A worry.
A memory.
A feeling that you've been carrying for too long.
You don't need to analyze it.
You don't need to understand it.
Simply imagine placing it down.
And repeat What is not mine I release.
What is not mine I release.
What no longer serves me,
I let go.
What no longer serves me,
I let go.
What I am ready to leave behind,
I leave behind.
But I am ready to leave behind.
I leave behind.
Continue moving through your space and notice your breath.
Perhaps it's coming a little slower.
A little deeper.
Let your body understand that something is changing.
You are creating a transition.
From what was to what is.
From heaviness to spaciousness.
From holding on.
To letting go.
I release.
I release.
Eye clear.
I clear.
I cleanse.
I cleanse.
I let go.
I let go.
Now bring your attention to the energy you want to welcome into this space.
Rather than focusing only on what you're removing,
Begin choosing what you want to cultivate.
Maybe peace.
Maybe clarity.
May be love.
Maybe creativity.
Maybe rest.
Maybe protection.
Maybe simply the feeling of being at home within yourself.
And as you move through the space,
Repeat.
I create space for peace.
I create space for peace.
I create space for clarity.
I create space for clarity.
I create space for love.
I create space for love.
I create space for fresh energy.
I create space for fresh energy.
Take another slow breath and continue.
If there is a particular room that feels especially important today,
Spend a little more time here.
You can gently move the smoke around yourself as well.
Not because you need to remove anything that is wrong with you,
But as a symbolic reminder.
You are allowed to reset.
You are allowed to begin again.
I'm allowed to begin again.
I'm allowed to feel at peace.
I'm allowed to protect my energy.
I'm allowed to create a place and a space that supports me.
Now,
If it feels right,
Stand in the center of the room.
And take a moment to look around.
Notice the space.
Notice the air.
Notice your body.
And take a deep breath in and slowly breathe out.
Imagine that the window is carrying away everything you have consciously chosen to release.
And as the old leaves,
You make room for the new.
What is not meant for you may leave.
What supports you may stay.
Peace is welcome here.
Love is welcome here.
Clarity is welcome here.
You are welcome here.
And now bring the smoke gently around yourself one final time.
From your head.
Down towards your heart.
Around your body.
And towards your feet.
And say,
My mind is clear.
My heart is open.
My body is grounded.
My energy is my own.
And take one final slow breath in And as you exhale imagine releasing anything that is still lingering.
You don't have to force it,
Just soften.
Let go,
Breathe and begin again.
And when you feel complete,
Safely extinguish your Palo Santo or Sage.
Take another moment to let the fresh air move through your space.
And before you finish,
Place your hand over your heart.
Feel your breath.
Feel your body.
Feel yourself here.
And repeat one final time.
This space is clear.
This space is calm.
This space supports me.
I am grounded.
I am present.
I am safe.
I am here.
And I begin again.
And take one last beautiful breath in And exhale slowly.
The ritual is now complete.
Take this feeling of spaciousness with you.
And remember.
You don't always need to change everything around you.
Sometimes creating a little space is enough to help you hear yourself again.
You can come back to this whenever you need.
You might create a ritual on your own.
Maybe a fixed day.
Maybe every other three weeks,
Maybe whenever you feel like it.
This practice is here for you whenever you need it.
Until the next time.
Namaste.
