Welcome.
Thank you for joining my talk on the sacral autumn.
I invite you to feel its flow.
Juicy,
Fiery,
Invoking your wild self.
Bathe in this autumn.
Light it like a candle.
Play with the falling leaves.
Let the energy of creativity rush through you.
Embrace the union between melancholy and aspiration of wonder,
Between sadness and coziness,
Between warm colours and cold raindrops sliding down the window.
Let yourself be burst open with those amazing,
Colourful,
Diverse emotions.
Like a forest bursts into flames of colour and leaves start to fall and trees turn red and yellow and some still green and there are infinite shades of many colours.
And you walk down the country lane and you cannot stop wondering how nature can be so,
So beautiful.
Such an amazing artist.
Deep colours of Renaissance painting,
Caravaggio style,
Dark backgrounds,
Rich tastes of paint.
I remember first glimpses of this autumn,
How I spotted a red drop of young maple leaf on a green lawn and I picked it up and it was so thick and elastic as if it was made of leather and such a deep,
Rich red colour.
Autumn is incredibly poetic and incredibly wise.
To me it is a season of transcendence,
A true elder amongst times of year.
Winter will be a baby,
A newborn and both a withering,
White haired,
Ancient creature,
A true season of rebirth.
The summer left behind is king or queen energy,
A monarch,
A hero,
A protagonist,
A parent,
A peak and summit of the year,
Magnificence.
And autumn in between them knows all their secrets and knows how one turns into another.
It knows about death and rebirth,
About bloom that's past and bloom that is to come.
Autumn is a wizard.
Let yourself be this wizard.
Watch how nights grow longer,
Sit by the fire and face the darkness as it holds all answers.
This is my sacred autumn.
Connect with yours.
Let yourself be invited into the wonder.
I thank you for joining this talk.
Until next time,
Be well.
