Clear Your Crown Chakra

The Crown Chakra is our spiritual well-being. It offers a connection to our higher self and the spiritual dimensions. It constantly channels life energy into our system, and aligns and balances all other chakras. It is Divine awareness and understanding of our path and purpose with utmost clarity and enlightened wisdom.The most powerful way to heal the crown chakra is through meditation. Regular meditation practice of all types are beneficial. And you may listen to this one more than once to delve deeper and clear more.

Relaxation and peace of mind always starts with the breath.

Now closing your eyes to all outside distractions and breathe.

Breathing normally,

Just observe your breath right now.

Is it shallow and quick,

Or is it deeper and longer?

Observe this now,

And now try to deepen your inhale even more,

Taking a long,

Slow inhalation and an equally long,

Slow,

Full exhalation.

Focus on this cycle for a few breaths.

The deep inhale causes your belly to extend outwards,

Your lungs fill,

Your chest expands,

And your exhale has your belly go inwards and your chest contract.

Just focusing on these deep breaths for a few more cycles.

It's preferable to inhale with your mouth closed and through your nose,

And exhale through your open mouth,

But if your nose is blocked or that feels uncomfortable,

Then don't worry about it.

Do what feels comfortable.

Breath work should not cause stress.

The more you breathe deeply,

The more your muscles and your body relaxes,

And then the mind follows,

But right now,

Let's just focus on your deep breathing,

A slow and steady cycle,

And with your next exhale,

Start to release tension in your body.

Relax your jaw,

Lower your shoulders from your ears,

Unclench your fingers,

Let your arms and hands fall naturally to the side.

Release any tension in your torso,

In your butt cheeks,

Let your legs and feet fall naturally to the side,

And now,

Put your attention at the center of your forehead,

At your third eye chakra.

There visualize an orb of gold and white shining light there,

One of your own personal suns,

And continuing to breathe in an even,

Deep cycle of flow as you stay with your awareness at your forehead,

At this glowing orb,

Which is subtly pulsing with your breaths.

You may get other thoughts drifting in.

Just let them pass through and exit the other side,

Always bringing your attention back to the glowing orb.

Just breathing,

Focusing here with no expectation or goals.

I will be silent for a moment while you experience this breathing and attention on your orb.

And we now call upon your own field of infinite possibilities,

And from there your guardian angels,

All your own divinities and guides,

They all have the express purpose to help you in this lifetime.

Help you in keeping you safe,

Guiding you on your path,

Helping you achieve your highest potential,

Helping you realize and remember your innate power and wisdom,

Helping you navigate hurdles,

Obstacles,

And blocks.

They love you,

Adore you,

And support you always and always.

They come closer to you now,

Forming a protective ring around you,

And your guardian angel steps forward and comes closer to you,

Smiling,

And emanating unconditional love.

Nothing you can do can make your guardian angel turn away from you.

With their immense wings now,

Which tower over you,

They start to sweep down your aura,

Your energy fields and layers,

Sweeping out auric debris,

Sweeping this all into the fires of transmutation deep in Mother Earth,

Soothing and smoothing any ruffles,

Any wrinkles,

Or energetic imprints that cause spiky protrusions from fears,

Shock,

Experiences you may have had.

Our aura is a living energy being that emanates what we are thinking,

Feeling,

And going through at any moment in our lives.

It is in constant flux and change,

And your guardian angel is now combing through its essence,

Helping it become smoother,

Softer,

More harmonious into its normal,

Rounded egg shape to better energetically protect you.

We will allow a moment now to let this work be done.

Your heart chakra may expand while they do this.

Just relax and continue to breathe slowly and deeply.

As your angel finishes,

Know that you are cleared,

Balanced,

And protected right now.

Your guardian angel now takes your hand in theirs and starts to lead you down an amethyst crystal pathway.

The path is glowing purple,

Shining with a higher vibration,

And your whole team that we called in also walks with you,

As they do in daily life as well.

You all walk down this amethyst path as it winds its way through a sun-dappled forest A grove of trees surround the sides of the path,

But you can see the sunlight shining down through the leaves,

Beaming down onto the path.

This path eventually leads to a beautiful garden.

This is your personal garden,

So it can look however you prefer it to look.

It may be as grand as Versailles in France,

Or as humble as a little urban vegetable plot with a bench.

It may be a garden you have actually physically been in or seen somewhere,

Or one that has just appeared to you now in your mind's eye.

Take a moment now to walk around this garden,

Observing any bushes,

Flowers,

Trees,

Rocks,

Grass,

Earth,

Water features.

Are there any animals milling around,

Or do you hear birds singing nearby?

We'll allow a moment now for you to wander and explore your garden.

Your guardian angel now guides you to take a comfortable seat somewhere within your garden.

It can be on the earth itself,

Or on furniture that's there.

Whatever you prefer,

There's no right or wrong way to sit.

Once you have settled,

With your team also sitting near you,

You see your guardian angel has placed a row of empty black garbage bins near you,

Ready to be filled,

As we now call in the highest angels of healing and clearing to join you now in your garden.

They are instantly there and surround you with love in their eyes and intention in their hearts.

We now ask them to go to your head,

From neck up to your crown,

And clear away all deep imprints from belief systems and programming that no longer serve your highest good,

That never served your highest good.

They clear away belief systems from fear and control-based dogma,

Faiths,

And systems,

From unfavorable family beliefs,

From criticisms and judgments that you receive and then took on as your own beliefs.

They're removing imprinted beliefs coming from your own negative self-talk and self-judgments,

Clearing away imprinted beliefs from media,

From societal structures,

From everything that drew you away from yourself,

Your true self.

This is the self that can get buried and ignored for a lifetime if we're not aware and doing the work.

We will allow a moment now for these angels to do their work,

And as they remove these energies,

They are placing them in the nearby garbage bins,

Filling them to the brim,

Placing a lid,

And moving to fill the next one.

Once they have completed this work,

We thank them as they take away all the full garbage bins and place them in the fires of transmutation and Mother Earth.

Your own guardian angel now steps forward with one of your angels of your highest potential and fills that space in your neck,

Head,

And crown that was just cleared,

Filling it with a new platinum framework and pouring in divine white light from Source,

Reconnecting and reactivating your faith,

Your trust,

Your self-love,

Your peace and happiness within yourself,

Without needing the external validation.

You are a divine supreme being,

Just as we all are.

There should be no superiority or feeling less than.

We are equal spirit beings from the same Source.

We'll take a moment to allow them to fill in this area.

And now the highest angels of planetary influences and alien species have stepped before you now,

And remember your own guardians are protecting you and overseeing this work being done.

These highest vibrational angels are here to clear all foreign and alien influences and implants from your skull,

Ears,

And neck.

They're removing any and all implants,

Chips,

Nanotechnology,

Metal deposits that do not belong there.

They're removing all items that cause obstruction or unsavory influence in your day-to-day life.

Sometimes it's as small as an ant or as large as a plum.

They're also removing all energetic puppet strings,

Cords of control and anchoring from other beings in your life or no longer in your life,

Snipping them off you at their base.

And discarding all of these things into the flames of transmutation.

We will allow a moment now for them to do their work.

We thank these angels as they complete their task and leave your garden immediately,

Taking all the debris with them for disposal.

And now your own clearing angels from your field of infinite possibilities remove all hats,

Hoods,

Scarves,

Blinders,

Wigs,

Blankets,

Capes,

Cloaks,

Any and all coverings from your head from past lives that you may still be carrying due to vows and contracts to others or institutions that no longer serve you and only assist to block your own innate wisdom and your connection to the divine.

There is no need for these head coverings at all.

The ones that are ready to be removed are gone now.

Taken into the flames of transmutation and destroyed.

Our heads do not need to be covered unless it's protection from the weather.

And now as your crown,

Head,

Ears and neck are clear,

Glowing,

You've expanded more into your energy and inner divine light.

You are incandescent like a beacon of light in a lighthouse seen from far and wide.

You are in your true state of being.

And now the angel of your crown chakra comes forward in a swirl of green,

White and gold energy and light to activate your crown chakra.

First,

She pulls from it your linear antenna,

Pulling it up into your higher chakras within your auric field.

This is your personal receiver to higher knowledge and wisdom.

And it contributes to your higher sensory perception of the energy and world around you beyond what the physical eyes can see.

Now that she has activated your receiver,

She moves back to the base of the chakra on the top of your head and opens the flower there,

Petal by petal,

One by one,

So that the flower is blooming like it's in the midday sun.

She opens up this beautiful lotus flower,

And at the moment it's pale green with white and gold shimmers,

But can change colors according to what's going on in your life at any given moment.

The roots of this flower go from the crown of your head,

Down your chakra column,

Connecting them all within one energy channel,

An energy highway that is part of your life force.

You are radiating your own divine energy now.

With all your sensory receptors open,

Clear and ready to recognize and understand your own highest guidance,

As well as guidance from your guardian divinity team.

Smile with faith and trust that this is so.

And now,

Take a deep inhalation and exhalation,

Ready to be in the world,

But not of it,

Observing and assessing,

Tuning in before taking actions,

All to aid you in staying on your true path in this lifetime.

We thank all the highest angels who came in today to assist us on this journey,

As they now depart your garden.

And we thank your own guardian divinities and guides for overseeing and facilitating this healing on all the levels of yourself that were possible today.

Taking another deep inhalation and exhalation,

Your guardian angel now gently takes your hand once more and helps you rise up from where you have been resting.

They guide you back,

Walking through your garden,

Entering the sun-dappled forest once again,

Walking down the amethyst path,

Walking hand in hand with your guardian angel and the rest of your divine team.

The team following,

Or sometimes leading.

You're walking back to the space you started from,

Back to the physical reality of where your physical body lies or sits,

Back to the room you are in,

And carefully bringing your energetic self back into your physical self.

Your angel pulls your roots down into Mother Earth from your root chakra,

From your tailbone,

Grounding you back into the here and now.

When you are ready,

You can start to move some fingers or toes,

Maybe stretch or gently move your head from side to side,

Just becoming aware of yourself and your surroundings.

And when you are ready,

You can open your eyes,

Newly cleared,

Healed,

Balanced,

Aligned,

And connected.
