Hey beautiful and welcome to this Love Yourself,
Self Love Meditation.
This meditation is specifically focused on all the things you love about you.
We've taken this time out of your day to truly acknowledge how amazing you are.
Gently close off your eyes.
Rest the back of your hands onto your knees or thighs.
Roll your shoulders back and down,
Settling them into place.
Opening your heart space and being ready to receive an abundant flow of love.
Take a deep cleansing inhale in through the nose.
Coming into release out through the mouth.
And to repeat this a few more times.
Now connect with your natural breath,
Aiming to inhale and exhale in and out of the nose.
Start to deepen the breath by lengthening your inhales and exhales.
Place one hand onto your heart space and imagine a breath filling this area full of love and energy on the inhales.
As you exhale you release uncertainty.
Inhaling love and energy.
Exhaling uncertainty.
Staying with this breathing practice for several more rounds.
Inhale and love and energy.
Exhaling uncertainty.
Now allow the breath to return back to its normal pace and flow.
Releasing the hand back down into place with the palm facing up to the ceiling.
Bring the awareness to your thoughts as you take these next few moments to connect with all the things you love about yourself.
And you may choose the phrases as I love my and then end that statement.
Or I love how I and then end that statement.
This is your time to be completely boastful as you like.
Give yourself the freedom to state absolutely everything you love about you.
Allow all of these thoughts to fill your mind beaming with pride all of the way.
Sitting now on the most prominent thought which stands out from your list.
Tune into all the details that makes this particular thought the most significant to you.
Listen to what makes this so special.
As you keep this thought in your mind's eye start to develop the visual image that brings this thoughts to life.
Notice what you see of yourself in this picture.
What you look like.
Your facial expressions.
Pay attention to your body language.
Focusing on things like what's around you and whether or not you're with somebody else in this particular picture you're building for yourself.
Keep honing in on every single detail in this visualization.
As you continue to build this picture start to think of the words which best describe the positivity you get from seeing yourself there in this image.
I want you to now create one affirmation using some of the words that came to mind.
Starting your affirmation I am.
Really repeat this affirmation to yourself in the next few moments.
Allow yourself to fully embrace these words with the knowledge that they represent exactly who you are.
Taking note of how these words uplift you as you begin to raise your vibration on your journey to self love.
Finishing off your final round of this affirmation.
Reconnecting back to the normal pace and flow of your breathing.
I'm going to leave you with these final thoughts.
When you love yourself unconditionally you accept and appreciate who you are.
You are able to welcome a life of fulfillment because you know you deserve it.
You can project more love and energy to the world and receive these same feelings in return.
All while honoring the person you know you are.
