Welcome to week two of the radiant and unapologetic meditation series.
This meditation is called Silence in the Noise.
This meditation will help you release the voices of others,
Opinions,
Judgments,
Expectations and return to own your truth.
Find your seat or lie down comfortably.
Allow your eyes to close.
Breathe deeply in and out.
Notice your body softening with each exhale.
Relax your shoulders,
Release your jaw.
Imagine the breath creating a space inside of you,
Space to hear yourself clearly.
Picture yourself standing in the center of a quiet room.
Around you there are faint voices,
Echoes of what others have said or thought about you.
With each breath imagine those voices fading.
They dissolve into the mist.
They drift further and further away until all that remains is silence.
Now bring your hand to your heart.
Feel your own steady rhythm.
Hear your own voice whispering from within.
I am here,
I am enough,
I trust my own guidance.
Let that voice grow stronger,
More radiant until it is the only sound within you.
Rest in this silence.
Feel the peace of hearing only yourself.
Repeat softly,
I release what is not mine,
I return to my truth.
