Transcript

Welcome to week three of the radiant and unapologetic meditation series.

This meditation is called loving the mirror.

Today we will practice meeting ourselves with compassion.

Let's start by breathing in deeply and exhaling fully.

As your breath slows imagine yourself standing before a mirror safe,

Unhurried.

See your reflection before you.

Not the reflection others judge but the truest reflection of your essence.

Notice the light in your eyes,

The softness of your breath,

The beauty of simply existing.

Now imagine speaking to yourself in this mirror.

You are worthy.

You are lovable exactly as you are.

I see you.

I accept you.

I love you.

Stay here repeating the words that feel most healing,

Allowing emotion to rise if it needs to.

Let the mirror dissolve but keep that love within you.

Affirm silently that I choose to see myself with compassion.

Breathe gratitude for your own being.

When ready return gently to your space and once your eyes open feel free to take the time to journal on the following prompt.

What makes me lovable exactly as I am?
