Hi.
So I invite you to close your eyes.
Or have a soft kiss.
Taking a few deep breaths.
Inhaling through your nose.
Exhaling through your mouth Inhaling again,
Deeply,
Slowly.
And fully exhaling.
I'm in this really beautiful lodge in Okinawa.
I can see the ocean.
The forest,
Jungle is around me.
So I wanted to take this chance.
And do a silent meditation with all of you.
Through this silence,
I want you to.
.
.
Enjoy my soundscape.
But also your own soundscape,
Whatever sounds,
Feelings.
Activities around you.
Also when we're in silence.
We can hear ourselves better,
Truly listen to our heart.
And our guts.
Really understand ourselves better.
Even if there's noise in our mind.
We can listen to our body as well.
So we'll do a bit of slow breathing to settle down,
Settle into our space.
And then we will begin the silent meditation.
So let's breathe in to the count of four.
And out to the count of four.
In due time.
Three four out two Three.
Four.
In.
Two.
3 4 Out 2 3 fraud.
In.
.
.
Two.
.
.
Three.
.
.
Four.
.
.
Out.
.
.
Two.
.
.
Four.
You can carry this rhythm in your own heart.
As we breathe in silence.
You can go back to regular breathing.
And really noticing.
What the deepest part of you might be seeing.
Continuing the silence for a few more minutes.
And relaxing the body with each exhale.
If your mind wanders off.
Just come back to your breath.
Breathing in silence can be particularly challenging.
So perhaps you can.
.
.
Place your hand on your heart for some comfort.
Just trust.
Your breath.
Allow your shoulders to fully relax.
Allow your hips to relax.
Allow your feet.
To connect with the ground.
And relax.
Allow the top of your head to relax.
A reminder that as we meditate in silence,
We are all made of love and light.
Perhaps visualizing that light as you breathe.
For these last few moments.
Last 3 braids here.
Inhaling And exhaling,
Allowing yourself to sigh.
Hmm.
In the last breath you can make any sound that feels comfortable.
Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Thank you.
