In this beautiful sleep meditation, your child will practice connecting with their special Inner Star Power. Your child will dance and play with their Inner Star Power on the beach and they will ask their Inner Star Power to help them solve their biggest problem. The more your child practices connecting to their Inner Star Power, the stronger their inner wisdom will become!

Hello there,

This is Allison with Namastar Kids and tonight we are going to do a very special sleep meditation where you will talk to your inner star power and ask it for help with your biggest problem.

You are smart and strong and brave.

You have all of the answers you need right inside of your very own heart.

Your inner star power lives inside of you.

Sometimes you might hear your inner star power like a voice whispering to you.

Sometimes you might feel your inner star power in your heart,

Your stomach,

Your head or somewhere else.

Sometimes you might not hear it or feel it,

But you'll just know the right thing to do and that is your inner star power too.

Your inner star power is always with you.

Sometimes it can be tricky to find your inner star power.

When you have big feelings and big problems,

You sometimes forget about your inner star power.

But the more you practice finding and listening to your inner star power,

The stronger it gets,

Just like exercising a muscle.

It will become easier and easier to find and listen to your special inner star power.

We are going to practice talking to our inner star power now.

Go ahead and lie down.

Make sure that you are really comfortable.

Snuggle up with a warm blanket or hold on to your favorite stuffed animal.

I'll give you a moment to become completely comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly let it out through your mouth.

Beautiful.

One more time.

Imagine that you are sitting on a sunny beach.

You can feel the sand tickling your body.

You can hear the waves gently crashing against the shore.

The sun is shining brightly.

It is warm and beautiful.

You are feeling so safe and so happy on this beach.

You decide to lie down in the sand.

The sand feels so soft and so warm beneath your body.

As you lie on the sand,

The sun warms your whole body with its strong,

Powerful golden light.

The sun shines down on you and you begin to feel the strength and the power of the sun filling up your whole body.

First,

The sun shines on your toes and feet,

Filling your toes and feet with power and strength.

Next,

The sun shines down on your legs and your legs begin filling up with the strength and the power of the golden sun.

The sun shines on your tummy and you feel strength and power filling up your whole tummy.

The sun shines on your arms and hands and your arms and hands begin feeling so strong and so powerful.

Next,

The sun shines on your neck and face.

Your neck and face begin feeling powerful and strong.

You smile because you feel so strong and so powerful.

The sun is shining in your hair now.

In your hair feels so powerful and so strong.

Your whole body feels powerful and strong.

And as you lie here on this warm,

Beautiful beach feeling so strong and so powerful,

You begin to feel something inside of your heart.

This is a gentle and loving feeling.

Your heart is feeling warm and happy.

You remember that this is your inner star power and you ask your inner star power to play with you on the beach.

Your inner star power smiles at you and comes out of your heart.

Your inner star power laughs and dances in front of you.

You giggle and reach out to grab your inner star power's hand.

You love your inner star power so much and it loves you too.

Take a moment to dance with your inner star power now.

Feel the sand on your feet as you dance and play with your inner star power.

Wow,

You and your inner star power had so much fun dancing and playing in the sand.

Now your inner star power hands you a tiny boat.

You hold the tiny boat in your hands.

Your inner star power whispers to you.

It asks you to tell it your biggest problem.

Are you having a problem at school?

Are you having a problem at home?

Are you having a problem with a friend?

It can be any problem at all.

Think about your hardest problem and tell your inner star power all about it.

How does this problem make you feel?

How do you wish you could change this problem?

And what do you wish was different?

Take your time.

You can tell your inner star power anything at all.

Now that you have told your inner star power all about your problem.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly let it out through your mouth.

And now ask your inner star power to help you solve your problem.

Just breathe and listen.

You might have gotten an idea or you might have had a feeling in your heart or tummy.

It's okay if you didn't hear or feel anything at all.

Your inner star power is working on helping you.

And if you keep listening,

You will know exactly what to do.

And remember that it is always okay to ask a trusted grown up for help with your problems.

Your inner star power takes you by the hand.

It leads you to the edge of the ocean.

You can feel the cold water gently tickling your toes.

Your inner star power invites you to hold the tiny boat next to your heart.

Imagine your problem leaving your heart and going on to the tiny boat.

Your problem is slowly leaving your heart now.

Your problem is moving on to the boat.

Your problem is sitting right inside of the boat now.

Do you see it?

Now your inner star power invites you to place the tiny boat into the water.

You take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth as you gently place the tiny boat into the water.

It feels so good to set your problem down on the shimmering water.

Your inner star power holds your hand and you watch the tiny boat floating away from you.

The tiny boat with your problem inside of it is floating farther and farther away.

You can see the tiny boat getting smaller and smaller and smaller as it floats into the ocean.

As the boat gets smaller and smaller,

Your problem begins to feel smaller and smaller too.

You hold your inner star power's hand tightly and you remember how strong and smart and powerful you are.

You can solve any problem.

You can figure anything out.

There are always lots of solutions to every problem.

You smile at your inner star power.

You know that your inner star power will always be with you.

And you know that together you will always have all the answers you need.

Once your tiny boat has floated all the way into the ocean,

You decide to take a nap on the warm sandy beach.

The sand looks so warm and sparkly and comfy.

You lie down in the soft warm sand.

You thank your inner star power for playing with you on this beach.

You thank yourself for taking time to play with and talk to your inner star power.

Your inner star power gives you a gentle kiss on your forehead and then floats gently back into your heart.

You have had such a wonderful time dancing and playing with your inner star power on the beach.

And you know that you will always be able to remember how strong and powerful your heart feels right now.

Your eyes are feeling really heavy now and you decide to relax on the warm sandy beach.

The sand is so soft and so warm and so comfortable.

Your eyes get heavier and heavier until they slowly and gently begin to close.

You have had a wonderful time playing with your inner star power.

And as you lie here,

You feel safe in the knowledge that you can find your inner star power again whenever you want.

So go ahead and snuggle up on the warm sandy beach.

Listen to the waves crashing against the shore and know that when you wake up,

Your inner star power will be with you everywhere you go.

You will feel refreshed and happy and ready to start your new day.

And as you lie here,

You will feel safe in the knowledge that you can find your inner star power again whenever you want.
