Transcript

Begin by getting into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath into your lower belly feeling it expand.

Pause,

Then exhale slowly.

Two more deep breaths like that.

A nice deep inhale now.

Feel your belly expand.

Then exhale slowly letting go.

One more deep inhale and then exhale.

Relax completely.

Now let your breath return to its natural rhythm.

Following the inhale and exhale.

Allowing the rhythm of your breath to bring you into a state of calm relaxation.

Breathing in,

Breathing out.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Letting go.

Now start to imagine yourself in your dream haven sanctuary.

The space you've created where you feel safe,

Grounded,

Uplifted,

Where the possibilities are limitless.

Imagine yourself walking in your sanctuary.

Notice what you see around you,

The smells,

The textures,

And how you feel in this beautiful space.

Enjoy your stroll as you feel yourself transported completely into your sanctuary more and more with each step you take.

And as you walk you see a beautiful mirror in the distance.

Walk towards the mirror.

You're closer and closer until you're right in front of the mirror.

You see the reflection of yourself.

How do you look?

What do you see in your reflection?

Take a moment to observe yourself.

As you see yourself in this reflection start to cultivate a feeling in your heart of love,

Compassion,

And kindness for the image of yourself you see.

Feel love for yourself for your entire body as it appears.

And as you look into the mirror,

Looking into your own eyes,

Or simply observing your entire body and being softly say to yourself,

I am enough.

Or say to yourself,

I am good enough.

I am enough.

I am good enough.

Repeat one of these affirmations,

Whichever resonates with you silently or out loud to yourself now several times.

I am enough.

As you look into the mirror at your reflection saying I am good enough.

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am good enough.

I am good enough.

Continue to repeat one of these affirmations a few more times either silently or out loud to yourself as you look into the reflection in the mirror.

I am enough.

I am good enough.

Now saying goodbye to your reflection to your body to yourself in the mirror.

Begin to turn and walk in your sanctuary again,

Allowing yourself to enjoy this space and feel as you walk away with that complete and total feeling of being enough of being good enough as you are in this moment in your body in your being,

Walking with joy,

Feeling the love in your heart towards your body towards yourself.

Coming back to your breath as you leave your sanctuary.

Feel yourself where you're seated or lying down.

Begin to come back to the awareness of the room you're in and take a deep breath in and out.

And as you're ready,

Open your eyes.
