This beautiful safe and comfortable space you've created.
Where you're free to roam and explore and feel the joy of your own infinite possibilities.
Feel yourself walking in your sanctuary.
Observe the sights you see around you.
Feel the environment.
The air.
The moisture.
The smells.
Notice how you feel in your sanctuary.
With each step you take,
You go deeper and deeper into your dream sanctuary.
And in the distance in your sanctuary,
You see a stage.
Notice what this stage looks like.
How large is the stage?
What is the lighting like?
What is on the stage?
You walk closer and closer until you're right in front of the stage.
Then you notice a set of stairs on the side of the stage.
You go to those stairs and walk up onto the stage.
Realizing this is the stage of your life.
You stand now in the center of the stage and know that this is the place that you get to be yourself.
Your authentic and true self on the stage of your life.
And as you stand in the center of that stage,
Notice how you feel.
Do you feel nervous or do you feel confident?
Do you feel excited?
What do you feel bubbling up in you?
Is there a message within you that you feel inspired to share?
Your purpose?
Your inner light that you desire to shine upon the world?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Just noticing whatever is arising in you as you stand on this stage.
And beyond any doubts and fears that may come up,
Affirm to yourself now that you are worthy of standing on this stage of life.
And that your message,
Your light and your life matters.
And from that place of deep knowing that you belong on this stage of your life,
Say to yourself,

Say in your mind or out loud now,

Repeat this affirmation silently or out loud to yourself now several times,
Feeling your worth,
Feeling yourself gain confidence as you stand on this stage of your life,

Now feeling yourself standing in the center of the stage,

Begin to turn and walk off the stage feeling complete and content with yourself.
