Step by step you go deeper into your dream sanctuary and in the distance you see a bench and on that bench you see a young child sitting and next to the child you see an older person.
Notice these two sitting peacefully,
Happily next to each other.
The young child and the older person.
See how they interact.
What are they doing?
And as you move closer and closer to the bench you realize the child is the younger version of yourself and the older person is you in the future.
What do they look like?
What are they wearing?
See their faces as they look back at you smiling with warmth,
Peace and happiness.
Imagine as you observe your inner child this young version of yourself as they are happy and content in this moment.
You feel a sense of warmth,
Love and compassion for your inner child.
Feel your heart connect to your inner child and look at the older version of yourself and imagine they are in their best state of being.

Content,
Warmly gazing back at you with a smile and feel a sense of relief and joy that the older version of you is in such good spirits.
And now imagine that you are the ideal and loving parent to your own inner child knowing they have a range of emotions ups and downs from moment to moment and you allow and accept them to be as they are saying to them and yourself now I accept myself as I am.
