Create a comfortable and safe space for your Mindful Walking practice, whether it's outdoors or indoors. Stand upright, and gently loosen up your shoulders, arms, back, hips, legs, and feet. Feel the weight of your body on your feet. Take a moment to observe the sensations in your body before commencing your walk. Notice the images, colors, objects, and sounds around you. Now, begin walking by taking one step forward, syncing your steps with your breath. Focus on the present-moment sensations in your body as you move slowly and see what you will notice in your body.
