Welcome.

You've arrived in a space where you don't need to hold so much.

A moment to soften,

To release,

And come back to yourself.

Begin by finding a position that feels easy and supportive.

You can sit upright or lie down,

Letting your body settle.

When you're ready,

Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and a full breath out.

Start by noticing your shoulders.

These quiet workers hold so much through the day.

Bags,

Tension,

Stress,

And expectations.

Without needing to change anything,

Bring your awareness there.

Let your next exhale gently soften the space across your shoulders.

Imagine warm sunlight melting across your upper back,

Helping things loosen just a little.

You don't need to get it perfect.

Let softening mean even a 1% change.

Now let your awareness move to your jaw.

You might let your teeth part slightly,

Allowing your tongue to rest.

Feel the tiny muscles here begin to ease.

Let your breath stay steady.

Bring your attention now to your chest.

If it feels okay,

Place one hand gently over your heart.

Feel the warmth of your touch,

The rhythm of your breath.

You might notice how your body responds.

Maybe there's emotion,

Stillness,

Or simply breath.

All of it is welcome.

Let each inhale gently open your chest.

And each exhale offer softness into your heart space.

You might silently repeat,

I soften into this moment.

I give myself permission to rest.

I soften into this moment.

I give myself permission to rest.

I soften into this moment.

I give myself permission to rest.

Take a few quiet breaths here,

Just being with yourself.

Now gently bring awareness back to your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your heart.

Noticing without judgment how they feel now compared to when you began.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Let your body know it's time to return.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

I'm Steph from Mountain and Moon Healing.

Thank you for softening with me.

May this ease stay with you even just a little longer.

A nice, gentle, supportive reminder to soften my shoulders and lean into the ease.
