As defined, hope is to cherish a desire with anticipation. But as I see it, hope is a super power, and hope exists in and is controlled by our brains, or by our thoughts. When we have hope, what we desire is already there, hope is not a wish, it is the actual belief and knowledge that things will improve and you will have “increase” owing to that circumstances improvement. In short, as our hope materialize, we are the better for it.

Good morning my fellow morning people.

I am grateful you decided to join me and I hope you are ready for an amazing day.

I am the morning person and just think of this show as an easy button on your whole day.

This morning our mantra is going to be hope.

As defined,

Hope is to cherish a desire with anticipation,

But as I see it,

Hope is a superpower and hope exists in and is controlled by our brains and by our thoughts.

When we have hope,

What we desire is already there.

Hope is not a wish,

It is the actual belief and knowledge that things will improve,

And that you will have increase owing to that circumstance's improvement.

In short,

As our hope materializes,

We are better for it.

A ton of studies have been done on the power of hope.

Gandhi is one of my favorite stories of hope and manifestation,

And any chance you get,

Read up on old Mahat Gandhi.

His story is incredible and worth absorbing over and over.

He hoped a whole country's freedom and a very divided country at that.

But the power of hope allows people to approach problems with a mindset and strategy set suitable to success,

Thereby increasing the chances they will actually accomplish their goals.

Hope helps us achieve our goals and so much more.

Thoughts of hope alone help improve brain energy and help you operate at and tune into more positive frequencies.

Hope is a superpower and we are going to tap into the universal well of hope through our meditation today.

So go ahead and get comfortable,

Lie down or get in any position that works for you or that will be comfortable for the next 20 minutes.

To get started,

Let's close our eyes and take a few slow deep breaths in to settle down.

We'll breathe in through the nose and then exhale through the mouth,

Make sure to push out all that extra air.

Let's begin.

Breathe in.

And exhale.

Breathe in again.

And slowly exhale.

And breathe in again.

And then when you exhale,

Just return to your normal breathing.

And then I want you to join me as we say our mantra,

Hope,

Seven times out loud,

Then we'll whisper it seven times and then continue to repeat it to yourself.

Now begin.

Hope.

Hope.

Hope.

Now continue to repeat hope to yourself until you hear the final gong.

Let your thoughts wander.

Give them the freedom to come in and leave.

Try and go back to the mantra,

Hope,

And let your thoughts go.

Let your thoughts wander.

Give them the freedom to come in and leave.
