Three Marks 3: Not-Self — The Old Self At The Table
This is the third mark of existence. In this one, we sit with not-self in a real way. We look at the old version of us that had to survive, the one shaped by fear, armor, pain, and old conditions. Not to hate that version. Not to obey it either. Just to listen, honor what it carried, and stop letting it run the whole life. This is a guided reflection on Anattā, survival identity, and the freedom of being here now.
