Hello, My friend, And happy full moon in Sagittarius. Thank you for being here. Closing your eyes and starting to take a few deep breaths, Inhaling, Cleansing your energy. Exhaling any fear or doubt, Breathing in, Feeling the light of the full moon above you. Releasing any weight that you've been carrying, Breathing in the wise and ancient energy of this full moon, Releasing the jaw, Opening the mouth, Breathing in, Allowing this moon to illuminate you, Exhaling slowly being guided home to your truth, To your being, Inhaling welcoming clarity, Exhaling letting go of anything that you've outgrown, Continuing to breathe deeply, Swaying from side to side, Dropping the shoulders deeper, Feeling yourself expanding, Your vision stretching beyond borders, Beyond limits, Feeling the peak illumination of the full moon and this illumination within you. Sagittarius energy whispers to us, What is possible now that maybe wasn't before? How are you different? How are you rising in your power? Letting that question stir in your soul for a moment. The sun is in Gemini, Curiosity, Exploration, Wonder, The power and ability to change your mind. Sagittarius is also a sign that invites us to expand, To say yes and be optimistic, To travel and have adventures, To see the possibilities in everything and everyone. Starting to visualize a glowing path before you, Lined with moonlight, Maybe you can hear the soft sounds of the earth beneath your feet. With each step forward, An old belief, A fear or doubt falls away. As you walk, You are becoming more and more of yourself, Wiser, Braver, Free. This glowing path starts to move up your feet, Into your legs, Illuminating your whole body, Up the back body, The spine, The shoulders, The back of the head and then down the front body, Through the face, The chest, The belly, The pelvis, The legs, All the way to the feet. Inhaling the knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be. Exhaling into this next chapter of your being. How are you being asked to expand in this time? Once again connecting with your path, This beautiful path drenched in moonlight, Allowing yourself to look up now, Look at what's up ahead. What is this next chapter? What is the vision? And as full moons are times of celebration, To honor all that we have received, Can you celebrate yourself, The growth that you've moved through, So that this expanded version of self can come forward? Can you celebrate that evolution? The full moon sees you, And the moon blesses this journey that you are on. The moon cycle impacts the tides of our planet, And we are mostly made up of water. So isn't it time that we start believing how deeply the moon is impacting us, And the magic that that wisdom holds? What will you do with this light? Taking a deep breath of freedom in.
