Relax.

Take a pause,

A soul second to connect with you.

Mmm kindness.

Turn your attention to your heart center.

And breathe deeply and fully.

Exhale with slow intent.

Soften the breath ever so slightly.

Still full,

Soft and mindfully slow.

Imagine your body speaks to you.

Perhaps an area within your body speaks.

Signals,

Communicates.

What can you feel?

What do you sense?

What does the body need?

Desire,

Yearn for.

Now sense behind your eyes and imagine a loved one.

And imagine that loved one dear to your heart needs the exact same.

Gaze upon them and sense all the empathy that connects you to them.

And turn that gaze inward to you.

Direct all that empathy.

You easily extend to them.

And turn that gaze.

Soft,

Gentle support.

And gaze upon yourself.

Direct all of that empathy and kindness.

Towards you.

Your body.

Mind and heart.

Yes.

Take a breath.

A soul second.

To connect with you.
