Welcome to Day 12 of A Course in Miracles. This is a 365-day audio inspirational program that invites you into alignment with the source of love that you are. Everything comes down to two feeling states. Either we are choosing fear or love. Every day we have the opportunity to ask ourselves, "what would love do?" This program is transformational. Welcome to a day 12 of A Course in Miracles.

Today's idea is very simple.

We'll start by closing our eyes,

Taking a deep breath.

Opening your eyes and beginning to scan what you see around you.

And begin to say,

I am upset because I see a meaningless world.

Begin to consider the judgments that you have about the world.

The world is unfair,

The world is hard,

It's a struggle.

It's good,

It's bad,

It's joyful.

Begin to include everything that comes to you,

Good or bad.

Not discriminating between the two and knowing that when the idea of good exists within you,

Then bad will exist.

There's a duality that exists because of your idea in both.

And in fact we're beginning to undo what is there.

To be in the neutrality that is the world.

To realize how our thoughts energize the entire world.

How it is all energized by what we think and believe.

I am upset because I see a meaningless world.

Today invite us to ask ourselves how we add meaning,

How we grasp to the adages,

The age old adages about the world.

Life's a struggle,

It's hard.

And to begin to undo these and say,

I am upset because I see a meaningless world.

Do this four to five times today.

Know that what we are paving the way for is a beautiful,

Beautiful new understanding.

We are looking at the duality,

The either or paradigm.

And knowing that it no longer serves us.

That in fact there's such a bigger picture of the world.

Know that this lesson is perfect,

That what you're hearing is perfect.

And so I thank you for being here in A Course of Miracles today.
