Hello to you,

My dear listener.

Today I wanted to send out a little message.

I wanted to share some of my thoughts and bring you to reflect on your own current situation.

We are all surrounded by negative news these days,

Every day,

Even every hour.

The situation might have severe effects on our own personal life.

And we might feel a high level of frustration,

Wondering why this is happening to us and to the world.

Today I would like to offer you an alternative thought.

A way to think about the situation in a more opportunistic way.

The key word to this is curiosity.

Negative emotions can be met with curiosity instead of frustration.

Curiosity can help us see opportunities where before we only saw threat and danger.

And I think in our current times this is something we should not forget about.

So I would like to offer you a few questions to reflect upon in the following minutes.

If you had to experience some financial burden regarding your job and your income,

Then my heart goes out to you.

I hope so,

That you are able to look at this partly with curiosity.

Instead of asking why was my job affected by this,

Try and bring curiosity into this situation.

Why was my job affected by this?

Is there anything I could take from this?

Is there a message that the world wants to send me?

Is this an opportunity for a new start?

Have I been ungrateful for a job that I now realize has meant a lot to me?

Have I been complacent knowing that I was searching for a moment to start over?

What opportunities does this crisis bring me for the future?

What new ways of doing things is it showing us and how can I benefit from it?

What does it do to my social connections?

Who are the first people now that I want to call,

That I want to spend time with?

And why is that?

How do they enrich my life?

Are there people that I don't mind taking a little bit of distance from?

Or the ones of you who are very socially interactive and active?

How could I bring a connection I feel with people to me at this time when I'm not able to be with them in the same physical space?

And how can I continue this if there's a time when I will not be able to have these people closely by me anymore even after the coronavirus pandemic?

And for the ones who are wondering how to spend their time?

You could ask yourself,

Is there a skill that I used to practice that I abandoned some time ago?

Because I thought I didn't have time for it anymore.

Is there something I always wanted to learn but never found the time to do so?

Or maybe never found the space and the quiet environment to do so?

Am I feeling a need to create something in my life right now?

If I don't have the necessary equipment,

Is there a way to do it differently?

Also,

What am I putting into my body?

What are my thoughts on my nutrition?

Do I believe that what I'm putting into my body is nourishing it?

Am I taking the time to appreciate a nourishing meal?

What is holding me back from nurturing my body better?

And if it is time,

Can I now take the time and later on,

Once life goes back to a faster pace,

I can take some of what I learned regarding nutrition,

And apply it in a faster pace life.

And overall,

What can I be grateful for these days?

And what will I feel grateful for looking back in 20 years or so?

At this time,

I think I'm so grateful that at the time,

This happened.

Stay safe and healthy.

Stay curious.

Namaste.
