Throat Chakra Affirmations Without Music

This meditation explores affirmations for the Throat Chakra and is without music (for our sound-sensitive friends). I have also recorded meditations for each of the other Chakras and then a longer audio with all seven Chakras as well if you'd like to check those meditations out on my page. Welcome my friends. As a reminder, You have the power to let go of everything. Breathe into it and exhale it out. Release it. Let go. Surrender to the universe. The more you know your power, The stronger you are. Don't let ego, Fear, Or doubt step in and tell you that you can't. And those are some words of wisdom from my spiritual mentor. Now let's begin with our affirmations. I'm going to say the affirmation and you can repeat it after me, Either out loud or inside of your head, Whichever you prefer. However, Both are equally powerful. Repeat after me. I communicate with clarity and confidence. I express myself clearly. I let my voice be heard. I speak my truth lovingly. My words are powerful. Being honest frees me. Creativity flows through my words. I am a good listener. I communicate with ease. I express myself confidently and authentically. My words inspire and uplift others. I speak my truth. I am a great communicator. I speak my truth without hesitation. My honesty attracts what I deserve. Thank you so much for joining me today.
