Solar Plexus Chakra Affirmations Without Music

This meditation explores affirmations for the Solar Plexus Chakra and is without music (for our sound-sensitive friends). Welcome my friends. As a reminder, You have the power to let go of everything. Breathe into it and exhale it out. Release it. Let go. Surrender to the universe. The more you know your power, The stronger you are. Don't let ego, Fear, Or doubt step in and tell you that you can't. And those are some words of wisdom from my spiritual mentor. Now let's begin with our affirmations. I'm going to say the affirmation and you can repeat it after me, Either out loud or inside of your head, Whichever you prefer. Both are equally powerful. Repeat after me. I am confident. I speak my truth. I am full of energy. I trust my instincts and intuition. I can accomplish incredible things. I accept myself unconditionally. I wholeheartedly believe in myself. I am a radiant being. The universe will always provide. I embrace my personal power. I am strong and resilient. I release the need to control. I am aligned with my purpose. I am strong and capable. I accept the flow of life. I am open to possibilities. I am strong and confident. I stand in my personal power. I am motivated, Persistent, And successful. I am worthy of respect. I use my power for good. I confidently welcome new experiences. Thank you so much for joining me today.
