Snuggle in your blanket,

And take a tiny,

Soft breath.

In and out.

Good job!

Now imagine a little reindeer friend.

They are sleepy.

So sleepy.

Their eyes blink slow.

Their nose wiggles.

And they make a tiny little reindeer yawn.

So cozy.

Your reindeer curls up in soft snow like a warm little ball of fluff.

You can curl up too.

Hug your blanket and lay down your head.

Just like your little reindeer friend.

Take a soft breath in and blow it out very slowly.

Your reindeer legs get soft.

Their tummy rises and falls.

Their whole body gets still.

Your body gets still too.

Your toes get quiet.

Your arms get heavy.

Your eyes get sleepy.

Your reindeer closes their eyes.

And you can close your eyes too.

You are safe.

You are cozy.

Good night,
