Welcome to Mindful Medicine's one-minute meditation,

The Strengths of a River.

Please close your eyes and breathe with me as we share the intimacy of this sacred space.

This is our space.

Each of us a river.

No two rivers are alike.

Full of wonder,

Beauty,

And most of all strength,

Just like you and me.

New waters forever flowing over us,

Bringing life.

We'll encounter calm waters,

Whirlpools,

Eddies and waterfalls.

Our life's journey may meander quietly and at times run swiftly.

It is certain life will move us along.

Sometimes life can be difficult.

Mindful medicine is easy.

You are not one drop of water in the ocean.

You are the entire ocean in one drop.
