Please close your eyes and breathe with me as we share the intimacy of this sacred space.

This is our space.

It defines us.

It defines our essence as human beings,

Returning each of us to our natural and true states of innocence and possibilities.

Here you are,

The you that is timeless.

The you without today's external presence of our physical being and situation.

There is no pain.

There is no aging.

There is no scarring of a broken heart or trauma from days gone by.

Just breathe and return to you.

Sometimes life can be difficult.
