Let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathing in as deeply as you can.
Breathing out as slowly as possible.
Feeling the body expand as you inhale.
And gently fall down and soften as you exhale,
Releasing any tension of the body or of the mind.
And continuing to breathe deeply,
Making each breath longer than the one before it.
If you notice any thoughts,
Just kindly say not now and bring your attention back to your breath.
Allowing your breath to be the anchor in your meditation.
And with each breath in,
Pulling in peace and healing.
And with each breath out,
Releasing what no longer serves you.
Choosing to fully let go in this moment.
To surrender.
To feel at peace with what is.
And to know that you are whole and complete just as you are in this moment.
Just breathe.
Just be.
There's nothing to change,
Nothing to fix.
Whatever feelings you notice within the mind and within your heart,
Send compassion to those feelings.
Hold yourself in loving kindness.
Continue to breathe.
You are healing.
You are growing.
Every day you get better and better.
Just breathe.
Just be.
You can love your bravado ever again,
Grabs all your interest,
