Hello everyone.
Welcome to mindful meditations with your host Mala.
Today we're gonna do a morning manifestation meditation.
This will help you manifest how you want your day to go.
So let's get started.
In a comfortable seat or laying down,
Begin to close your eyes.
If this is not accessible to you,
Lower your gaze so you're blocking out any external vision.
When you are ready,
Notice your breath.
Just observe as you inhale and exhale.
Without any constriction or control,
Just be.
You are exactly where you need to be in this very moment.
Notice the points where your body meets the ground,
Whether it's your sit bones,
Your feet,
Or your back.
Again,
Just notice and observe.
Be here now.
We take a lot of time being in the past,
Thinking about memories,
Maybe having some regrets.
And we also take a lot of time being in the future,
Thinking about the what-ifs and the stress that comes with the unknown.
But for today,
For right now,
Let's be in the present.
Anytime your mind wanders,
Bring it back to your breath.
Inhale and exhale.
Take a moment to picture your to-do list for today.
What does it look like?
What meetings do you have?
What activities do you have planned?
What's on the menu for tonight?
Go through the list and then picture yourself at the end of the day knowing that everything on that list got accomplished.
Everything that was meant to get accomplished got accomplished.
And you are so proud of the productive day you have just had.
See yourself smiling as you look at your list and everything is checked off.
And what isn't checked off,
You know it will get done tomorrow.
And now with that feeling,
Stay there.
And bring it back with you to the present moment.
Know that everything that is meant to get done will get done.
Know you're gonna have a fantastic day.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes and thank yourself for taking this moment for yourself to manifest a beautiful day ahead.
