In this guided practice, focus into your chakras. Pull light into each one of them and watch the energy grow throughout you. Feel and sink into a relaxing space, taking note of each Chakra color as you connect with your inner wisdom and strength.

For this meditation,

We're going to go ahead and empower our chakras.

It's important to note that this isn't a cleansing of the chakras,

But this is designed to empower and fill them with your breath,

Connect them to energy,

And let them grow.

So go ahead and get yourself seated into a comfortable position or laying down into a comfortable position.

And if you need to pause,

Go ahead and pause so that you can get truly comfortable.

We're going to begin by just watching our breath.

Feel the breath as it enters the nose.

Feel the breath as it leaves your nose.

And sinking a little deeper,

Go ahead and notice what it feels like as the breath enters the throat.

And notice what it feels like when the breath leaves the throat.

And sinking slightly deeper,

Feel the breath fill the chest.

And feel the breath leave the chest.

And sinking slightly deeper,

Notice what it feels like as the breath fills the belly.

And notice what it's like as the breath leaves the belly.

And as you breathe,

Go ahead and start to see a white light following your breath,

A white light entering your nostrils,

A white light coming down through your throat and through your chest,

This white light then feeding into your belly.

And then seeing you to watch your breath as this light comes into you.

And focusing on the base of the spine,

Allow that light to start to fill a space where you see red at the bottom of your spine.

And notice as this red expands,

Notice as it grows from the base of your spine to your hips and your legs all the way down to your toes.

Feel this red as it envelops your calves and your thighs.

And notice the color of the red.

Notice if it's transparent or if it's a true red.

And allow that light to continue to feed it.

And on your next inhale,

You'll notice some orange beginning to grow on top of that red.

And watch as this orange grows in your lower belly.

Notice what that orange looks like as it sits on top of the red.

And notice if it's transparent or a true orange.

Watch as that light enters your nose and nourishes the orange and the red.

And on your next inhale,

Watch as yellow starts to develop sitting on top of the orange.

And watch that yellow grow up through your belly.

Notice this yellow sitting on top of the orange and sitting on top of the red.

Allow it to expand.

And notice if it's transparent or a true yellow.

And as you breathe in,

Allow that white light to feed and nourish the yellow,

The orange,

And the red.

Feel their presence in your lower body.

And on your next inhale,

Notice the green that starts to develop on top of the yellow.

Watch the green expand into your chest and your heart.

Allow that green to be nourished by the white light that's entering through your nose.

And allow that green to fill your chest as it sits on top of the yellow.

And feel each of these colors on top of each other.

And allow that white light to nourish all of them.

And on your next inhale,

Notice the blue that starts to form in your throat.

And watch that blue expand from your throat to your jaw,

To your mouth,

Your nose.

Allow the white light to nourish that blue as it grows through your throat.

And watch as it expands beyond your throat.

Watch as this light nourishes every color in you as they expand just beyond the body.

And on your next inhale,

Feel the color purple that starts to develop just between your eyebrows.

Notice as that purple expands from your brows through the back of your head to the tip of your nose.

Notice what that purple looks like sitting on top of the blue in your throat.

And continue to feel each color as it expands beyond your body.

And on your next in-breath,

Watch as that white light starts to fill the crown of your head.

As it comes just beyond the crown of your head.

As it sits on top of the purple.

And it continues to expand up and above your head.

And notice your breath.

With each inhale,

Watch as the breath passes from the nose to the throat,

To the chest,

To the belly.

And as it leaves from your belly to your chest,

To your throat,

And out the nose.

And on your next breath in,

Allow that white light to expand through each and every part of your body.

Watch as it showers down from your crown to your nose,

To your throat,

Over your shoulders and arms,

Your chest,

The top of your belly,

The bottom of your belly,

Through each of your legs.

Allow it to warm you.

Allow it to hold you.

And take a moment to just feel its presence.

And on your next breath,

Feel your presence.

And feel what it is like to be you sitting or standing or laying down in this room right now.

Go ahead and feel every part of your body.

Notice your toes,

The soles of your feet,

Your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips,

Your stomach,

Your back,

Your chest,

Your shoulders and arms,

Your throat,

Your jaw,

Your nose,

Your eyes,

Your head.

All of you is right here,

Right now.

And notice your breath.

Notice it enter your nose.

Feel it as it comes into your body.

And think it as it leaves your body.

Take a slightly deeper inhale and exhale as long as you can.

And on your next exhale,

Go ahead and let out a sigh.

Let out anything that's not serving you right now.

Allow it to go.

Go ahead,

Exhale again and allow it all to leave you.

And on your next inhale,

Start to come back into your body,

Coming into your feet as you wiggle your toes,

As you rotate your ankles,

Wiggle your fingers,

Rotate your wrists,

Moving your neck from side to side.

And slowly flutter your eyes open,

Remembering that you've always been here.

And again,

Feel what it's like to be fully present in this room right now.
