My name is Mikayla.
Thank you so much for taking a moment to be with me and more importantly to be with yourself.
I am recording this meditation outside in the rain,
Listening to some beautiful sounds of nature and I invite you to take a moment to join me.
And when it feels good to you,
Please just take a moment to exhale.
Listen to the rain picking up and inhale.
Listen to the wind picking up the next high altitude.
Tilt your head to the left.
Tilt your head to the right.
Exhale move your head to the left Inhale.
Exhale your head to the right.
Kind of a slow sort of thing.
And bring your head gently back to a neutral spot.
As you inhale,
Raise your shoulders up.
Exhale,
Let your shoulders drop gently.
Inhale,
Roll your shoulders forward.
Exhale,
Roll your shoulders back.
Inhale,
Bend your shoulders,
Your back,
Your neck forward.
Exhale,
Listen to the rain come back up,
Sit up straight.
And gently arch your back,
Arch your shoulders,
Arch your neck,
And exhale.
Bring yourself back to neutral.
And take a moment just to notice your breath.
Just as it is,
You don't have to change it,
No stretching,
No moving.
Nodal shubra.
Notice your body.
Notice the birdsong and the sound of the rain.
Let go.
Release.
Relax.
Take a moment to intentionally still.
Of your body.
Just one last little wiggle to make sure that you're comfortable.
Exhale.
Still your body.
Still your mind.
Follow your pride.
Just let yourself be.
It's gonna be alright.
It really is.
It's going to be alright.
You are safe.
You are free.
And you are going to be just fine.
You can allow your eyes to gently open if they were closed.
Allow your breath to return to normal,
Your body to regain a little intentional mindful movement.
Swaying back and forth.
Leaning forward and back.
Coming back mentally and physically to the present moment.
