I'm going to invite you to take a nice deep exhale with me,
Take a deep breath in,
And a nice deep exhale.
One more deep breath in,
And a forceful exhale.
Let one ear drop to your shoulder,
Inhale.
When you exhale,
Bring your ear to your other shoulder.
Inhale,
Let your ear drop back to the first shoulder,
And one more inhale,
And allow your neck to go back to the other side,
Ear to shoulder.
Let your chin drop forward,
Allow your head to rise up,
Allow your posture to straighten,
Let your shoulders roll back,
And drop down,
Roll back,
And drop down,
Roll back,
And drop down,
And exhale.
Point your heels up so you're on your toes,
Drop your heels forcefully,
Inhale,
Bring your heels up,
Drop your heels forcefully,
And do one more deep breath in with your heels raising.
When you exhale,
Let your heels drop back to the floor.
