My name is Mikayla.
Thank you so much for taking the time to be with me today.
I invite you to listen to the sounds of nature for the next few minutes.
You can close your eyes and breathe as you listen to the sound of the rain and the wind and the birds.
Or you can grab a notebook and practice some mindful journaling by describing what it is that you hear and what you are experiencing.
This experience is yours and I invite you to practice as much flexibility and care and intentionality with yourself over the next few minutes.
