Okay,
So hi,
I'm Miche from the Spoonbenders Cafe and we're here with another heart expanding vibe uplifting guided meditation.
In general,
The meditation as a guided portion is about really quieting your mind and coming into full presence with yourself and opening your heart and receiving receiving love and light and also sending out love and light.
And that especially when times are hard,
When you're going through something where you maybe don't have your balance,
It's a time that we really need and deserve to be even more loving with ourselves and even more gentle with ourselves.
And I think I'm not alone in that reaction of instead really getting angry at ourselves or having higher expectations and really not being gentle and as caring with ourselves as we often are with other people.
So I kind of dedicate tonight's meditation to really starting there,
With really filling up our own hearts with love for ourselves and then let it grow and boil over from there,
Boil over,
Spill over,
Yeah,
Okay.
So I will ring the bell and then I will take us through a guided meditation for 10 or 15 minutes.
And then from there we can sit in silence and you can have whatever experience you're having.
As far as expansiveness,
If I'm still talking,
If you feel like what I'm saying is helping you go deeper,
Go with it.
If not,
Maybe just the sound of my voice is going to help you just stay in an expansive space.
And if that's not either,
Then you could just ignore that entirely.
So the idea really is to get into your best present expansive state of mind and just allow you to nourish yourself and to be nourished by the fact that we're in circle together.
And as we come together,
We're actually creating a stronger,
Higher vibe and bringing ourselves up to the highest rather than pulling ourselves down to the lowest.
Okay.
So I invite you to really step into the present moment,
To be aware of your body and of yourself seated on your chair,
Pillow,
Whatever you're sitting on and feel yourself supported and held by this surface.
And as you breathe in,
Can be aware that there's an abundance of air,
That no matter how deep a breath we are to take,
There's air plentiful around us always in the moment.
And we can take this time to allow ourselves to settle,
To maybe set down some baggage,
Set down some worries,
And just really step into this present moment with the intention of feeling and increasing our capacity to love ourselves and our capacity to be love.
It is our nature that we are beings of energy and love.
Our nature is compassion and love toward ourselves and toward all beings.
And so this is an opportunity to come back to our own energetic beginnings,
To our own level vibe,
And to notice where we could use a little extra shoring up or filling in.
So if you take a deep breath,
Nice,
Easy breath,
No stress,
No struggle,
And imagine that you're breathing in love and light,
And with your out breath,
You're releasing any energies that no longer serve you,
Anything that doesn't belong to you,
Anything you no longer want,
You can just allow it to leave you on the out breath.
Breathing in love and light,
Not only through your mouth and your nose,
Imagine breathing it in through the top of your head.
Imagine every cell in your body is also breathing in love and light and exhaling that which no longer serves you.
Stay with your breath for a moment,
Imagining the love and the light flowing in,
Whether there's a visual for that,
Whether you see it,
Whether you feel it,
Whether you're just making it up.
Even if you are making it up in your mind,
The love and the light is still real and exists,
And with our attention and our focus,
We are calling that in and calling it up.
If you focus on the center of your chest,
Your heart chakra,
Take a look or take a feel of what's going on in there.
Just check in with yourself.
How does it feel?
How is my heart?
How do I feel in this moment about myself?
You don't need to discuss it with yourself,
But just feel or maybe have an image of pink disk of light that would represent your heart and perhaps some dark spots or some pieces missing where it's been difficult to really love and accept yourself.
In this meditation,
As we're drawing in love and light,
We can focus it and send some more of that love and light directly into our heart,
Directly into those spaces that may be dark or scarred or empty,
And to allow that,
To gift that to ourselves,
And to know even that we are here in this lifetime to have experiences,
But we come in whole,
Our hearts are whole.
We come in fully in love with ourselves and life,
And as we grow and explore and live each day,
We can continue to maintain and allow ourselves to be in that natural state of love and wonder,
And from that perspective,
Nothing about you,
Nothing about me,
Nothing about how things are going is really wrong.
We may not choose everything,
We may not like everything,
We may want to make changes,
But that's not the same as feeling wrong and thinking that there's something that has to be fixed.
If you're having trouble sending that love and compassion to yourself,
Then imagine someone it would be easy for you to send that to,
And feel that way about,
Whether it's a baby,
A child of yours,
A puppy,
A bird,
Whatever inspires that kind of soft caring and compassion and kindness that you can feel and generate toward others,
I'm inviting you to also turn that toward yourself,
And so as we're lighting up our own being,
That light is what lights others,
So rather than trying to point a light outward,
Separate from ourselves,
To someone or something,
We are the light,
And we replenish ourselves,
And we nourish ourselves,
And the light that we are becomes stronger and brighter,
And can travel further.
The first thing it does though is suffuse us to fill our own being,
Our own energetic body,
Our own heart,
And to allow that ease to come through.
To percolate throughout our awareness and our senses,
And you may feel some shift in your vibration,
You may feel it physically,
You may hear something different,
May notice something different as your vibration actually raises,
And as we are here together,
Coming into a coherent frequency,
Raising up together,
Each of us shining pillars of light and love,
Filled to capacity with love and light,
And radiating out and emanating effortlessly that which we are.
I invite you to keep bringing your attention back to your pink sphere in your chest,
And keep feeding love and light to your heart,
Anywhere that there may be someplace missing,
Or someplace not as bright as others,
To just allow the whole of it to be filled with love,
Allow yourself to love yourself exactly the way you are,
And allow that love to radiate and seep out into your own environment and the world around you,
And as you maintain your focus on your own loving heart,
And still breathing in love and light,
Abundant in the universe around us,
See if you can allow yourself to sink more deeply into that state,
Or expand more fully into that emanation,
And I will leave us here in silent meditation.
So come on back into your body,
Into the room,
You don't have to step out of this state of being,
You need to make sure that you're grounded.
