Good evening.
It is Tuesday evening and it's time for you to get ready and prepare to go to sleep.
And this evening let's explore.
Let's explore letting go of the past,
Letting go of old patterns,
Addictive responses,
And to begin to set in motion a healing from your consciousness.
A healing from within your consciousness that can help you lift those old patterns and open up new possibilities of change.
So gently close your eyes and behind your closed eyes simply allow your body to relax.
We project an enormous amount of energy through our eyes and right now I want you to imagine that you're drawing back that energy.
You're pulling that energy back in behind your eyes into the center of your head where it belongs.
Begin to draw back the energy you've scattered throughout this day.
Draw back the energy you've left at the office or with circumstances and situations that you've experienced this day.
Simply call back the energy you've scattered and imagine that you're pulling that energy into your body like little tiny filaments of light,
Like little tiny sparkles of light coming back into your mind,
Into your body,
Becoming centered as you draw your attention inward into the muscles of your eyes letting them relax and soften.
And then imagine that you're pulling this energy all the way into the center of your body.
Begin to focus your attention behind your eyes into the very center of your brain,
To the very center and core of your being.
And imagine that the light that has gathered is coming back into your body as well and it is gathering into your spinal column,
Your spinal cord,
Creating this fluorescent tube of light.
As you call back the energy you've scattered,
As you draw the attention that you project through your eyes into the center of your brain and that energy that gathers from outside will begin to gather into your spinal column,
Your spinal cord,
Into the very center of your being.
And you begin to imagine,
You begin to sense this beam of light that goes from the mid of your brain down to the base of your spine.
Your spinal column is like a fluorescent bulb and you have gathered and become centered very quickly with little effort at all.
And now as you are centered within the brilliance of this light,
I want you to imagine that you're turning around a hundred and eighty degrees to face behind you,
To face your shadow and to step into the darkness of your shadow and sense there in the darkness a cave that you step inside of.
You smell the deep rich earth of this cave as you step deeper inside into the darkness and there as you round a bend of the cave in the depth of the earth there is a bonfire,
A beautiful fire there illuminating and crackling in the night and you step closer into the openness of the cavern from the shimmering flames of the light,
The walls of the cave,
You sense the smell of the earth,
The dampness of the cave and the warmth of the fire.
As you step closer now,
Closer to this fire,
Do you realize as you get closer to the fire that it was much larger than you thought originally?
It is almost as tall as your body.
You feel the warmth upon the front of your body and you feel the coolness of the evening air behind you,
The warmth and the cool as you stand facing and watching the flames as they lick up towards the top of the cave and as you look up at the top of the cave you see an opening into the night where you can sense the stars twinkling and shining from the night sky through this crack and crevice in the cave and you stand there facing the warm fire,
You stand there feeling the warmth of the flames for this is a good fire,
A beautiful fire and it begins to change.
The color of the flames begin to change from a golden yellow to whatever color feels right to you.
To let the flames change perhaps into a red flame or orange or remaining the golden yellow or green sensing a beautiful green flame or a blue flame or purple or violet.
Let the flame before you of the fire change,
Let the fire change to a specific color perhaps the color that you imagine this morning that you brought inside of your body but sense it there before you this bonfire of colored light and it is a healing flame for they will not burn you.
The fires and the flames will help transform the energy of your consciousness so I'm gonna have you now imagine that you're taking the clothing off of your body that's right you're stripping the clothing off of your body standing naked before this beautiful bonfire standing there vulnerable naked and now I want you to step into the fire that's right this fire will not burn you but it will consume the negative patterns from your past it will consume and transform any of the negative addictive responses as you think and set an intention of what you would like to transform and heal to let go of old patterns of habits and behaviors that no longer serve you feel it consuming the old patterns breaking apart eating and consuming all of the negativity that is within these old repetitive patterns from the past step inside and feel the flames all around you crackling and burning burning away the limited you burning away the limitations of negativity as you rest in your mind in your imagination as you let go and dissolve letting go and simply sensing yourself dissolving into the flame dissolving disappear quiet let the healing of the fire the element of fire help you as you go into the night drifting into the night into a deep sleep very relaxed letting go and in the morning when you awaken you will be restored the patterns from the past will have less charge have less emotional charge and motivation to be fulfilled you will gain back greater strength to make the changes that you desire as you rest in the flames and as you now drift off to sleep quietly drifting letting this beautiful bonfire work its healing magic as you drift into sleep tonight and if you would like to return all you need to do is silently count from 1 to 5 in your mind and in your imagination and by doing so you will return to full awareness but for those of you who would like to drift off to sleep now letting the healing take place as you enter in to the sleep into the sleep stage of this day drift sleep well now sleep well
