Shadow Work

To see behind the veil of Maya's illusion, you have to face the shadow. This shadow is the attachment of your ‘self’ to matter. This attachment creates the EGO, the ‘I’, and therefore a judgmental filter of reality. Time is born through the ego because it separates us from the pure flow of life. Impermanence and change are the only constants of creation. In order to fully liberate, transcend, and thus enlighten the self, it is necessary to look into the deep shadows of the subconscious so that the claws of our fear can detach themselves ever more deeply from the root of delusion. The anchor in the pure heart will finally reveal every relative and absolute truth. For the kingdom is within you, beyond any form or identity. Namaskar.
