Eternal Wholeness encourages a journey of self-discovery, self-acceptance, and inner peace. It implies that healing does not come from 'fixing' ourselves but rather from realizing and returning to our true, holistic nature. This journey often requires deep introspection, mindfulness practices, and, for many, a consistent meditation practice to continually center oneself in the experience of this profound completeness.

Transcript

Find a comfortable position,

Sit quietly and take a few gentle,

Deep breaths.

Firstly,

Remember that your spirit is whole.

It is never put together,

Nor can it be broken down.

It is a beautiful and perfect essence.

This is who you really are.

You,

The soul,

Are waiting to be seen by you.

Take a moment now and just acknowledge that you are a wholly spiritual being.

Secondly,

You,

The spirit,

Always exist.

You are timeless and transcend the physical world.

Allow yourself to feel and know that you will continue to exist beyond the limits of time and space.

Thirdly,

You,

The spirit,

Are the life force of your body.

Take a moment right now and feel the life force flowing through your body and recognize this is who I am.

Lastly,

You,

The soul,

Are the thinking,

Feeling being in your body.

You,

The spirit,

Experience the world.

Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts and feelings.

These are coming from you,

The spirit.

Slowly and gently come out of this meditation,

These four important things with you,

Into your day.
