And today we're gonna be offering a very special sound transmission.

And this is gonna be totally improvised and channeled.

And we just came together on a whim after the Equinox to co-create something.

And it feels like a very auspicious day and time of the year to really ground into higher level intentions and to bring in more support because we're all working on different things.

We got a lot going on in our lives and we're coming into this next season where the energy is gonna come inward a little more and we'll be able to hole up in our little studios and create things.

At least that's what I'm gonna be doing.

I'm sure you'll be doing something similar.

And so this is where we can really tune in to what we wanna create in this next season forward.

And what really wants to be birthed through us because I truly believe that art is going to heal the world.

It's gonna end war on the planet.

It's going to bring us into a culture that is more coherent,

That is more aligned to love,

Truth,

Harmony,

Peace,

And really reconciling everything that's happened in the past and all of our differences and those kinds of things that are still percolating in the field that are arising to be cleared.

And maybe it's happening in your own interpersonal life.

Maybe things are just a little bit wacko.

I don't know about you,

But there's a lot happening.

And at the same time,

Hopefully transmissions like this can support you in really becoming centered in yourself and sovereign in your truth and allowing you to really anchor in a higher level prayer for you and the collective so that we can all meet each other in that higher place and before you know it,

Heaven on earth is here.

We are the heaven on earth.

We're going to tune into that sense within ourselves and share that and feel really good about this.

The Neteru as they're called.

And these are divine forces of creation.

They are archetypal energies that unite all things.

So you might feel some stuff in the body and whatever arises is perfect.

So just trust in what you're being shown and what you're feeling.

So let's all start by taking three deep breaths together just to anchor and center us into this coherent field and set the container for what we're all about to experience across time and space.

Deep inhale into heart.

Exhaling to root down into the earth.

Another big breath into the heart space expanding even further.

And exhaling to connect above the great cosmic energies of the universe.

One more big breath into the heart.

And exhale to unite above and below to open a pillar between you and the earth and the stars.

And just continue to deepen with that breath and allow the journey to take you wherever you feel called to go.

Giving yourself a little squeeze,

Giving your friends a squeeze if you're with them,

And letting yourself open the eyes and return.

And what I really love about it is that there's kind of this beautiful dynamic when two come together to play off of each other,

Where you don't really know where it's going to go,

And sometimes it goes into these darker,

Dissonant spaces,

Or these quieter,

Awkward moments.

You're like,

What's happening next?

But then there's always kind of this beautiful blossoming and an emergence that comes from that,

Where it kind of rises again,

And there's a beautiful dynamic to it,

And it really becomes a journey when you shape it that way.

So it's kind of all metaphors for life,

Those in-betweens,

Or it allows you to take a little bit more time to tune in,

And that's really the invitation here,

Is just to let that be part of your daily practice.

Are you tuning in?

Are you tuning in to your guides?

Tuning in to spirit?

Tuning in to the messages around you?

And that's just such valuable information.

Yeah,

And tune in to your own ability to express with your art all of the different experiences that you have.

You know,

That's what I feel that we're sharing here,

Is the beyond-language aspect of what it means to live and have an experience and to share that with one another,

To share that with you,

With everybody.

And when we share our art,

That is the through-line between our connection,

Between one another.

Yeah,

Yeah,

And you don't have to overthink it.

That's always a key.

If you're an artist or a musician and you're getting a little bit stuck in your own process because you're constantly editing as you go,

Just keep in mind that,

Yeah,

You can just flow it out and not have to even re-listen to any part of what you did,

But there is something around just accessing that flow state through,

Like,

As a meditation.

That is where the good stuff really comes through,

And there was some good stuff in there that I was like,

Wow,

We're here.

We get there just through experimentation,

And that's what I love about this process.
