Together we're going to open a harmonic portal.
Let's start by inviting our body to relax in a lying down or sitting position.
Invite your voice to tone along with the lowest vibration that you feel you can hold.
Over the course of the next five minutes,
Slowly start to explore vibrations going up and down.
See if you can explore all the way from your root through your solar plexus and just to the bottom of where your heart space is.
Relax into your voice.
Find your voice with curiosity.
Open your energy all the way down to your root so that you can receive guidance,
Insight.
With the lower harmonic,
Exploring notes that resonate in the heart.
Observe opening,
Moving from the heart up to the throat.
Next we're going to build a ladder.
Imagine every level higher is getting you closer to infinity and be open to universal knowledge.

In the continued ascension of your note ladder,
I'd like to invite you to pay attention to the harmonics shimmering.
Taking this moment of silence to listen to all the sounds around you.
In just a moment you have the option to take off your headphones and practice a particular meditation.
By opening the harmonic portal and tuning our awareness,
We'll connect you to eternal harmonics,
Infinity of harmonics that exist in our realm.
To do this you're going to focus on all the sounds that surround you when you're quiet and bringing all the sounds that you can identify closer and closer to your awareness and your consciousness.
Listen to the birds,
Listen to the traffic,
Listen to the children,
Listen to the footsteps,
Anything that's around you.
And I want you to gently,
Gently listen in between the sounds for the harmonics and breathe slowly and deeply.
Sometimes we can hear harmonics as ringing that's subtly happening in between all of the sounds.
Sometimes we can hear it as beating and pulsating.
And sometimes it sounds like a very subtle storm that's so quiet but is ripping through the fabric of our reality.
Whatever you hear it's for you and you alone.
There's no particular results that you should be looking for,
Not to achieve what I've described,
But rather to listen deeply and to hear the subtleties in between everything.
You can take off your headphones and begin this meditation yourself.
And when you're ready to come back,
Come back to your body and wake yourself up slowly and gently like you're waking a child.
Give yourself a big embrace.
Tell yourself how much you love and appreciate you for going through everything that you go through.
