Healing The Planet And Its People Meditation

When we give we also receive. The love & peace we extend to others and this case the planet and its people returns to us. To give something reminds us that we must also have it and so it reinforces those qualities in our mind. I have done this meditation with a group and the feedback was they all felt blessed by it and felt a shift in consciousness and more peaceful. It can also be done on your own.
